The bread was soft and fresh!
Food was good, but the lady behind the counter was rude when I (respectfully) asked for extra mayo after I forgot to ask for it while ordering.

The best #11 I've ever had. The bread was very fresh. Customer service was lacking but the sandwich more than made up for that!
Bunch of rude workers. Even when asked for the Manager he was rude also, after waiting an hour and 15 min I don’t call that freaky fast.

Haven't had Jimmy John's in a while but the turkey sandwich add bacon was delicious. Bread was a little hard but overall a good sandwich.
