Freaky bad! Placed a catering order online for son's birthday. Received a frantic call that we had to cancel because they were out of bread. In the process of trying to figure it out the manager hung up on me 4 times, cussed me out, and threatened to call the cops. I was not being combative but even if I was, his behavior was unacceptable. I am not sure what is going on in this poor man's life but you might want to give him a vacation day and send him to customer service training. Already contacted corporate but complaints go directly to the owner/manager of the store. Don't waste your time at the Redding Road location.
Never received my delivery order and they would not refund my money.Under no circumstance do business with these people, thieves.
Wish they would get the equipment so they warm the meat up. Their French bread is to thick to eat with someone who has no teeth. Also would love to have the option of creating your own sub and adding whatever you want to it.
Waited nearly an hour for food that never came. Employees told me to check my camera as if I were lying about not receiving food. Told them on the phone that I had an Amazon package on the front porch, no food. Employee on phone asked driver about Amazon package. Driver tried to say they delivered at the same time as Amazon, which was an outright lie. Amazon delivered 1.5 hours before the order was placed as is evidenced by the video captured by my Ring camera with time stamp. Would give zero stars if I could.
This Jimmy Johns was great when it opened, unfortunately their current staff is extremely unprofessional, just hanging out, goofing around messing up simple orders. I sat in the drive through for like 6 minutes watching the workers acting like children. Last time ever going to this location. They kinda made me feel like I was interrupting their flirt session. I’d be embarrassed if I was the manager.
To start the delivery drivers never have car toppers on so I never lknow what car to go to when my food is coming out. They are incedribly rude managment who harrarses women. They waste food all the time and they do not ever FOLLOW ANY CORPRATE RULES. They are very unsanitary aand don not clean there cold tables correctly or wash the dishes all the way. They have many issues other then that. Which is why they can never keep staff and are constantly changhing. TERRIBLE DO NOT EVER ORDER!
After an hour of not receiving my order, I called and was told my order was on its way. After waiting 20 more minutes, I called back to cancel my order and was told they only have 1 driver tonight. On a Saturday night. I know times are tough right now, however, it would have been nice to have been given some amount of wait time instead of “freaky fast.” Corporate will get a call from me on the next business day. On side note, this has happened the last 3 times I’ve ordered from there. I keep giving them a chance but no more.
Poor accountability for their mistakes and no help for customers who don’t know every one of their menu items by heart. You guys clearly had nothing going on at 7:00pm tonight but still managed to botch my order in multiple different ways and then say it was my fault. Bravo.
Terrible customer service. When onions were placed on my husband's sandwich, I told the maker that my husband was allergic. Then I watched her pick through the lettuce to pull out the onions. When I explained to her that wouldn't work, she rolled her eyes, angrily threw the sandwich in the garbage and began again. At home, my husband's sandwich had onions in it, which I suspect was out of spite. The staff was incredibly immature and vulgar. Lots of f bombs and no one seemed to be in control of the situation at all. Shame I love Jimmy John's but will NEVER go to this one again.
We ordered our food the tracker said it was delivered and it wasnt. I called the store and was informed that our driver forgot our food at the store and left. They told us they would be here soon that was 45 minutes ago
