The pizza is pretty good! I got the NY style and it was pretty crispy.This location is doing a promo for the texting ordering (you get 20% off of your pizza). The ordering process was kinda a gimmick and I think it would just be faster to do it online but the extra cash off made it worth trying out. Essentially you text them your pizza order, then they text you a link to pay, then they send you a time estimate and that's about it.
This pizza is really tasty! I've heard the commercials a lot but never tried it. It's one of my new favorite pizzas.

This is now the second time this has happened. The doors are locked when we come pick up our order, you close at 10pm and the doors are locked shut at 8:45. This location is for the saron drive lexington.

Tried to order thru the app last night. After placing in my payment information and pushing the confirmation button, the app seemed like it’s was processing everything, then an error message popped up. My order still showed as in my cart. I checked my bank before going any further, sure enough, my bank account had already been charged. So if I did anything in the app, my bank account would have been charged a second time. I called the restaurant. I explained what was going on and I was just told over and over that without payment they wouldn’t make my food. I explained you HAVE the payment, what you don’t seem to have is the ticket from the app. They refused to help in anyway. Just basically told me to pay a second time. Not today Jet’s, not any day. I have deleted your app and replaced it with another and will remove your number from contacts. And the money that you said would returned to my account at the end of the night when credit card transactions were closed out for the night has NOT been added back to my bank account.
We ordered pizza and a lot yesterday because we were snowed in. The store called and told me it would be an extra hour and a half of wait time. We didn't care we just wanted jets. Big shout out to jets for coming through. The delivery guy was awesome. I only used this location and every order is always good.
