used to be good but now it’s sloppy. i’m not from ky; but when I first came here the service was really good and the cookies always came out right. after a while the people got meaner and the cookies ended up getting worse
Ice cream was Blue Bell. Which is good. However, this place is in a less desirable area and the workers have no ice cream prep area where they add additional ingredients to the orders. I'm not sure how you properly clean the sliding glass door of the ice cream freezer after spilling a bunch of stuff all over it. Btw, the freezer doors were in fact dirty from doing this very thing. Wish I would have looked elsewhere.
Placed an order an 9:48pm and took them over two hours to deliver the cookies… they don’t close until 12am. Called to get a refund and they said they wouldn’t give me one. If it was going to take over two hours to deliver the cookies I just would have went and got them myself. Not to mention they don’t have phones in the store so you are having to talk to someone at a call center.
Tried this place and Crumbl cookies same day this is the better cookie. Tried the peanut butter cookie it was my favorite. The s'morescookie could use more graham cracker but it was good. The triple chocolate was really good. The salted carmel didn't have a salt taste but carmel was good.
Treasure of downtown. Incredible, amazing cookies that you WILL be back for. Vegan options, and super fatty mode options too.
Ordered from them many times and most deliveries take about 2 hours. Sometimes longer. That is not as exaggeration. Cookies are okay but if you want them delivered make sure your okay with being without them for hours.
Fast, friendly service and oh so delightful cookies! The cookies were still warm and gooey. Great place to grab a treat every once in awhile!

My son who is a student at Transy placed a order at 5pm and supposed to be delivered at 6pm it’s 7:28pm as I’m writing this review still not delivered. I have been on hold on the phone for over 20 min to place a new order but no answer. Poor customer service!!! Was looking forward to trying some of their cookies myself this weekend but after tonight and being on hold for over 20 min and no one answering the phone and my son‘s 1st order not being delivered I will take my money and get cookies someplace else.
