UNCLEAN!!! and the service left MUCH TO BE DESIRED. The cups were dirty, the service was no existent. the chairs had GUM on the seat part, visible to the customer. For a high dining experience, it was very disheartening to see the DEAD flies around the table. Very disappointing because my previous experiences were great.
I recommend every thing about this place great atmosphere, friendly workers great views happy people all around we went for my Girl 2022 Bourbon County High School Prom ??
I have truly never had a worse experience. We waited 45 minutes to even get our orders taken. This was after telling the manager that we had not been served yet. We then finally got our server, who then rang in the wrong meal. When it showed up, we told her and it took 25 more minutes for the correct meal to come out. We just ordered nachos, there is no way it takes 25 min to put toppings on a chip. After an hour waiting for our check, they came out wrong. We were charged for the wrong meal. Then, it took 25 minutes for them to change our bill, while taking our credit cards. We have now been here for almost 4 hours, spending the majority of the time waiting. The food and drinks were not even very good, and we got nothing for free after telling many staff members of our frustrations. Do NOT go here. It’s NOT worth the wait.

Great dinner. Enjoyed the location. Wide open windows overlooking the city. Staff were extremely attentive and friendly. Prices are low to moderate for a downtown hotel restaurant. Steak was prepared as ordered and very flavorful. Highly enjoyable experience.
Staying at Residence inn while in town working a homicide case in neighboring state. Got in late after court. Ordered grilled chicken sandwich, fruit, potato soup. Young lady who took order advised 10-15 minutes. Took elevator up two floors. Stood at hostess stand 5 minutes while 4 employees 15 feet away ignored me totally. Finally an employee appeared to tell me food still cooking...maybe 5 more minutes. Asked me to pay and wait...by this time it was 30 minutes since I ordered. Unpleasant end to difficult day. Never got my food. Never again.
I used to absolutely love this place but it’s gone downhill. I ordered take out and got a simple green salad with steak, and a steak and fries meal. We get the food and they gave us food that wasn’t ours along with no salad. We called back and they said they closed soon and couldn’t do anything. I ordered again probably 3-4 days later because they have the best salad and I thought it was a one off thing. We ordered and everything seemed right until I opened my salad and it wasn’t even the one of the menu. They added random stuff so I guess they just took it upon themselves to just be creative?? One time is understandable, people make mistakes. But for twice in the same week is a little irresponsible. If I didn’t work in the service industry I probably wouldnt care as much but clearly it’s carelessness and not paying attention. Especially because these are not Mcdonald’s prices.
Wes is the best server that I’ve ever had because he made me feel wanted, welcomed and satisfied. I never wanted to leave Wes lol he’s the BEST
