This location had a workforce shortage and politely informed us of it and explained the wait time. I didn't mind this at all and vastly preferred it to other businesses that have tried to serve beyond their ability to do so. Food came out hot and tasted great. Happy hour deals were incredible!
6/24/22: We ate there on Friday night at approximately 6:00 p.m.Food: 4 Stars. We ordered breakfast. Everything was good, but both of us knew our Foid would have been better if we had went to a Waffle House.Service: 4 Stars. The service from the staff was exceptionally good. But when we arrived there was only one other group (a couple in the entire place), and they seated us in a booth directly behind them. Considering the capacity of the place appeared to be approximately 200, I feel this was very inconsiderate. Because of the lack of background noise we could clearly hear their conversation. While there another couple came in and they sit them in the both directly in the booth directly behind us on the other side.Facilities: 4.5 Stars. The building and seating is beautiful and spacious. All areas are exceptionally clean. The only reason nit 5 stars here was the both seats are a little worn out.Do I recommend this place: YESWill I visit again: MAYBE, but most likely I will select Waffle House.
update from one year ago. didn't realize it had been so long since i reviewed! we eat at the Palumbo location about once a month. would more often but it's pretty busy there at meal times.this time we decided to do a pick up order at 2am. they were busy but the food was hot and ready after about a 20 minute wait. we had a large order, it was packed nicely with plenty of condiments etc. the quality of the food and portions was great as usual.the only complaints are the iced cold brew wasn't drinkable and our side order wasn't packed. i did call to request to be refunded for the forgotten 8 sausage links. i mean those are a buck each so i'd like our money back. phone numbers xxx-xxx-xx16 or xxx-xxx-xx25 as reference.
Although the restaurant wasn't modern it was clean and well staffed and the employees were very friendly. My food came hot fresh and on time. The staff checked on me regularly to see if I needed anything and in the end I had a pleasant experience!
The breakfast is cold. Don't know how to cook eggs right. or cook Hash Browns..
I show up at 5:50 am to grab breakfast on my way to work Friday morning April 22, 2022. Doors were unlocked and no hours posted anywhere. I wait a couple of minutes and the lady comes out. I said I wanted a table for one. She responds that the dining room does not open until 6 am. I said can I get a table and wait for 5 minutes and she said no you have to wait outside until we open. I just got in my car and left. I have been to this IHOP to eat many times over the years. Not good customer service at all and you lost a sale and tip. I will not be eating hear for a long time. Maybe you would have more business if you treat people like good customers.
So we waited forever to be seated. Then when we get seated the seats are awful to where you feel the person behind you pushing against you. Then when I tried to order crepes, I was told they were out of crepes... This is IHOP and y'all outta crepes? So then, get this, they deliver the exact crepes I just tried to order to the table behind us.
Wonderful Server, experienced, kind and thoughtful. The food was a good quality but not as up to grade as some other I-Hops I’ve ate at in the past. I asked for over easy eggs.I'm not sure what these are but they look like hard boiled eggs in the middle and the whites are rubbery . ) :However I will saywhen I ordered it last time with scrambled eggs it was perfect. ( :
