Food could have been prepared better. I received cold food, the steak felt a little bit undone, pancakes were cold, my coffee didn't taste like coffee it just tasted like day old coffee that got watered down 10 times. They definitely could have done better this time.

Food was hot delicious and server was quick ,nice, friendly. Place was clean.

I have worked in food service before and I understand how it can be so I’m very understanding with how the service can be but I walked in with my bf and cousin and we were patiently waiting to be seated, it wasn’t busy and the hostess looked directly at us and didn’t greet us or anything, I didn’t get upset because maybe they had a bad day but then one of them walked over to her stand and sat on her phone, and the other just walked into the back. After finally being seated she gave us menus and didn’t say anything and didn’t bother to give us drinks while we waited, it was very noticeable that she had the time to get drinks but she chose not too. A man then walks and gets directly seated and they automatically give him a coffee. While noticing both hostesses still were being lazy and still hadn’t came over to check on us or offer drinks. I left because that’s just rude at that point.

It was my first time at this ihop location. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. Our server was friendly and fast service. The food was good. Our all time favorite is the sirloin steak tips with eggs. Definitely recommend this location for fast and friendly service.

We have celebrated our daughter’s birthday here the last two years. It has a room that is large enough for our big family. We can reserve it ahead of time which is so helpful. There are gluten friendly options which is a must for two of my children. The waiter last time and the waitress this time were amazing. Great service.

Service was incredibly slow. While the restaurant wasn't even 1/4 full. The hostess seated a couple who was in front of us, she then went into kitchen area and didn't come out. After 13 minutes more of standing around a waitress sat us. The atmosphere in the place was depressing it felt off my companion felt it and wanted to leave, but we stayed.I ordered breakfast combo, bacon, 2 eggs over medium hash-browns and 2 banana strawberry pancakes. Bacon was really dry parts were burned I almost choked it was so dry. Eggs were over cooked. Pancakes were great although strawberries were frozen and mushy, but had good flavor. They're obviously understaffed, but cook could have done a better job. It wasn't busy. The waitress was very pleasant and efficient. We left a 20% tip. I do love IHOP haven't been to 1 in 13 years. I was hoping they still had stuffed French toast. We will go back and try something different.

1st - blueberry pancakes had no blueberries- 2nd order of pancakes came out ice cold. I am sure they are short staffed in the kitchen- but the result is terrible food.on a positive note, My waitress provided great service and apologized for the kitchens failure.

All I can say is that they were willing to cook my burger the way I like it-medium, still a little pink. Most places way over cook burgers. Any place that will do as I ask is alright with me. I'll definitely be back. Price was reasonable too, service was good, overall it was a good experience.

Chicken tenders breakfast - real chicken pieces.Blueberry pancakes - buttermilk pancakes with real blueberries in sauce plus whipped cream on top.Excellent service in spite of being short staffed. Will return when in the area during breakfast.
