The food and service here are incredible. I cannot express this strongly enough. Please try this place. You will love it. Amazing sangria too.
OMG, my husband is Puerto Rican and we have traveled the world and this is the BEST we have ever had. Service was awesome and 1 margaritas was enough for me!! We will definitely be frequents of this restaurant.
The empanadas were wonderful as was my bowl. Great flavors, great service. Very quick food preparation!
So the service here is phenomenal! Food comes to the table quick and hot. Drinks come even faster! Now the reason why this only gets 3 stars is because the food is a little weird. I don't know if it's because I might not like Cuban food but this food tasted a bit bland. As well as some of the meat having an odd flavor to it. Price point is in the lower twenties per person and overall it's a cheap place to get a quick Cuban bite to eat. Overall, this gets 7 deportations cause the food really needs a boost of flavor!
We just left this hidden gem. It was a nice atmosphere and the staff was a great help with suggestions for us as this was our first visit. The food was amazing! We started with the Yucca bites. They were perfectly cooked with a sweet guava barbecue dipping sauce. I created my own bowl with the pork and my husband had the steak bowl. A return trip is definitely happening in the near future!
We may have found our new favorite restaurant. Everything was outstanding - the service was fast and friendly and the food was absolutely delicious! My husband is Puerto Rican and felt like he was eating his mom's home cooking.
I had the special, Cuban burger. They said it's served with a soft bun but I asked for the Cuban bun. It was very good. My family all said they like their food. Servers were very attentive to my family. Food was out quickly. My grandson loved the alligator painted on the wall. I and my family will go again.
First meal at Holá Havana and our entire table was excited to try this new restaurant in Lexington’s culinary scene, and we were not disappointed! Very friendly and prompt service from all the servers/staff and the food came out of the kitchen relatively quickly. So bring your appetite and let it be filled with some good Cuban soul food, and you’ll probably still leave with a decent amount of leftovers to enjoy too!
The food is excellent. I used to go to Louisville to get quality Cuban food but there’s no need anymore. I can attest to how delicious the food is and how friendly the staff is. My Cuban friends love the authentic flavors they enjoyed in Miami FL.
I’ve been waiting for this! The roasted chicken with black beans and rice is so delicious! The chicken just pulled off the bones and was marinated so well. I also got the beef empanada’s and their spicy salsa was so good. I’m seriously thinking about when I’m going back. I had a favorite restaurant in LA called Versailles and man Hola Havana is just as good!
