Can we talk about how horrible Grimes owner is?I just called the store to notify them that I had ordered some potato wedges and they were soggy not fresh and that it was like the 3rd time i had came and they were like that when they usually aren’t. Can you tell me why this man told me that it was MY job to make sure THEIR food was to standard? AND that I just need to check my food from now on to make sure their food ain’t nasty! Being a food service professional for over 10 years I am completely baffled at how rude he was when I was calling to give a polite critique, not to get my money back nor ask to get it corrected. I just wanted my food right from here on out because I come at least once a week. But after today I will NEVER come back. The food has been disgusting lately anywayYeah

My meal cost $18.29 cat fish dinner..... dinner for one! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST !!! The fish was not completely cooked the greens were horrible the macaroni and cheese was so nasty and disgusting I could not eat it I will never drop another dime in that place it was so disgusting!!!! 3 hours later I was throwing up and terribly sick I did call the health department and reported them I would save my money I wouldn't go there unless you're wanting to spend a couple of hours on the toilet absolutely nasty disgusting you all should be ashamed serving food like that to the public hopefully the health department will straighten it out

I really like Grimes food. The Chicken and sides are excellent. I walked up to the door and the signs say I have to wear a mask to enter. Since I didn't get any food because I'm not wearing a mask anywhere, anymore, I can't give a good review. The overblown crises has been over for a long time. Get current and remove the signs. You guy are in a plastic cage for God's sake.
Great food but... my total was 30.21 on the receipt, I was charged 36.25 I used debit to purchase our food, I will never come back, this place stole 6$ from me !Be careful, I wonder am I the first person who noticed them stealing extra cash off of people's credit & debit cards.I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else very shady restaurant to take extra money from someones bank account without a explanation !
ordered enough for 12 people and everything was deelish! it was delivered and hot!!! prices are a little higher but everything is in 2022. will definitely use them again for gatherings. plus i will stop by and grab a bite for myself. thanks!!!
Negatives: Be ready to have a yelling match if you go through the drive thru. Their speaker isn't so good. They got my order wrong but I was tired of talking so I just went with it. The two people I dealt with talked so fast I couldn't understand them. Stressful experience. The woman in front of us was also noticeably frustrated.Positives: Our food was "fresh" and hot..but my family didn't like the taste ?♀️ sorry. Food came out in a decent time. I definitely recommend ordering by phone if they offer that.
