Great ice cream but I bought a bag of sour gummy worms and there were no red/blue gummy worms. Big sad. Great ice cream though. Lots of fun flavors!
No sugar free selection at all its like they are uninterested in diabetics enjoying ice cream with their family.
Great ice cream - but also, we were sitting outside and watched one of the associates thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting the door handles (inside And outside) the bathrooms were super clean everybody was incredibly friendly too - keep up that level of great work!
First time here after moving to Lexington. Friendly staff. Delicious ice creams and malts, that what my family had. Prices are reasonable. Will be back, you made some new customers
I have always loved this place ❤️. I enjoy the friendliness of their employees and their cleanliness. Summer ice cream flavors are out, I loved the butter pecan and Vienna Coffee. Yum!
I stayed at a hotel off this exit and I was so excited to see a Graeter's! I had this ice cream for the first time years ago in Cincinnati. It's the bomb! I invited a friend that was also traveling and staying in the area to join me. We both enjoyed the ice cream. Quick service. Lots of seating. I'll be back next year! Black Raspberry is my favorite!
The Vienna coffee flavor was good. A very pleasant place to sit down to enjoy your cup of ice cream.

The employees here are so competent and helpful. I bought several pints to take back on an 8 hour trip, the manager packed my cooler with dry ice and the ice cream I’d bought. You can tell that this store is well managed, it was clean and well stocked. Graeter’s never disappoints.
