Woah! If you're looking for great pizza, great atmosphere and great folks taking care of you, this is it!!! We were 1st timers and Chase treated us like we were the owners. The pizza came out fast and delicious, generously covered in toppings & all for a price that I felt like I got a huge discount. Can't wait to visit Lex again to enjoy this place again.HIGHLY RECOMMEND

My wife and I dropped into Lexington for a short visit. Our first night was during Lexington's "Thursday Night Live" on a closed-off down-town street with live music and food trucks. What do we see? Folks everywhere with Goodfellas Pizza boxes, eating and listening to the music. Told my wife, "I want that for dinner tomorrow."Next day we walked to their location. There is limited seating outside, just a couple of tables, but most everyone gets it by the slice to go. (I also noticed Goodfellas makes their own crust.)We ordered a 16" pizza. We were told, "about 25 minutes" so I set the timer on my iPhone, found a nearby bar, the Rosebud, and waited it out. (Downtown Lex is nice like that, plenty of bars).Picked up our pizza, hot and fresh, walked it to our nearby Airbnb and had some great New York style pie. Man it was good, with plenty leftover for breakfast the next morning. If you want pizza in the Lex, this is the place to get it.

Oh this was just unbelievably good! I’ve been wanting to try their pizza for a while and I finally got around to it, I was missing out. The guys who worked there were super chill and nice, good environment.

Come for the food, stay for the service. Not only is this pizza outstanding, they take such good care of their customers. It’s a treat coming here when visiting from our of town. Pepperoni and Italian sausage are the toppings of choice here!

First, it’s a takeout place with a couple of metal tables & chairs outside. Fortunately it was a nice day and the tables were empty. I was just minutes down the street at Rupp Arena at an early morning game. That being said it was a really reasonable price for a slice of pizza, a side and a drink. We just opened a location in the Highlands of my hometown that is a sit down restaurant. Parking is an issue here in downtown Lexington. I gather the folks who came in around the time I was there were people who worked nearby or those in hotels close by. To be honest the pizza was not very warm. The side salad was a bit chewy which was strange. The drink was ample as I took it back to my car when leaving the Rupp Arena parking lot. I will have to give the other larger locations at look in the future to be fair.

I've been going here for years and never thought to write a review, but I feel like everyone should know they never disappoint.

Thought the Barstools thing was a joke and wanted to give Goodfellas a proper try. Workers straight up ignored me when I tried to order on a recent visit and the grease from my cheese slice glistened like a freshly polished marble floor. I'd rather go get a piping hot 'za from Pies & Pints.

Ordered from here one night because the distillery location had turned off their phones long before they closed. Anyway, this place was staked out by three homeless guys blocking the sidewalk on each side of the entrance. One was really aggressive. Not their fault, but I won’t be going back to this location. As for the pizza, I ordered extra sauce ba use the pizza was dry when I got it from the distillery location. The extra sauce was really clumpy like they just throw tomato paste on. It was falling off in clumps, pretty gross.

Quick run in and out pizza joint. Reasonably priced and tasty.i ordered the veggie pizza and the ground sausage slice.

The ideal place to eat if you’re drinking on or across the street. We came over from the Rosebud Bar at the bartender’s rec. The pizza isn’t anything special, but it’s tasty nonetheless and definitely hits the spot when you’re drunk. They sell it by the (very large) slice if you don’t want a whole pie, and the small pies are easily enough for two. I went three times over the course of one night, and each order (Pesto Bread, small Wiseguy, small Pepperoni & Sausage) took 15 minutes. They had a surprising amount of traffic for a Monday - looks to be a locals spot. Very limited seating - two small tables outside, maybe three people’s worth of standing space inside - but the bars on the street that didn’t sell food were A-OK (encouraging, even) with patrons bringing it back to them to eat with a drink. Young, friendly staff, solid time estimations, fair pricing.
