I love the family vibe this store in particular has. Not only do they have the best cupcakes, the customer service is phenomenal. I even visited today which happens to be my birthday and she gave me a free cupcake. When you get older you don't get many things for your birthday anymore and the fact that she saved me about $5 was amazing. I would highly highly recommend this place!
Cupcakes were delicious! The wedding cake one is a classic go-to. So yummy! Cake was not overbaked, and icing was delectable!

Halie was godsent she helped me plan out desserts for a last minute party for my daughter, and it turned out more amazing than I could have ever expected!! I stopped by on short notice today and purchased all the cupcakes that they had ready. Around 530 cupcakes! This was to treat the employees at Saint Joseph Hospital. The team at Gigi's was super friendly and got the order together within a matter of a few minutes! They also helped load all of them in the car and secured them all. What a great experience and not to mention how amazing the cupcakes were! Thanks so much! Highly recommend!
Ok if you want cupcakes, but good luck getting a cake ordered. I will call days and sometimes 2 weeks in advance to order a cake and they always say they are "all booked up." Not sure what sort of time frame this place needs to make a cake for someone. Very frustrating, probably shouldn't even offer it as a service.EDIT: Dropped review to 1 star based on owner response. When I called, if I was told they were short staffed, I would not have left a review. When I asked about a cake order, the person on the phone simply said, "We are booked up." and then got quiet, and I said "how much notice do you need for a cake?" Their response, "I don't know." I said, "Ok" and they hung up. The single aspect of your business is to provide cupcakes and cakes...and maybe good customer service occasionally. I 100% understand short staffing during these times, what I don't appreciate is a lack of communication from the working employees, or a passive aggressive response from the owner talking about quality, when customers are not even able to receive a product from them to judge the quality. This would also be different if it were the first time they "didn't have cake orders available" pre- pandemic and now.

It's taken me a few days to get around to it but I wanted to make sure I left a review! I called Gigi's 2 hours before they closed fully expecting them to tell me there's nothing they could do. Hailey was WONDERFUL! This girl went above and beyond. She literally text me pictures and everything! She was so accommodating, willing to make whatever I needed work, and was so friendly and happy to help! This was my first time ordering from Gigis but I'll definitely be back! [I should add that the cupcakes were delicious also!]
