The pizza is pretty good. Obviously it's not the best in town! But for the price you can get a family for pack and enjoy all you can eat pizza salad and you get game cards that give everybody a chance to enjoy themselves. We are happy that most of the games are working every time where they are.
Absolutely amazing place! The staff was amazing and so helpful, the food was great and plenty of it. My kids and I will be back!
It's fine for what you pay for which is a low price. We're not from the area and thus not familiar with this restaurant. We thought by It's name that it would have been more of an Italian restaurant but I can't say we were misled. I can see it would be a great place for large groups of people. Good Salad Bar.
Be careful, some games take credits but do not work. Guitar Hero, green buttons stick, Ticket roll "grabber" on the left closes randomly without hitting the button, ball drop ball doesn't always drop or drops when you walk away and time is out. A couple others require you to swipe more than once to play but charge 2x credits. Seems they just all need serviced but..... otherwise buffet was good and clean as it usually is. First time we have been back since all the c*vid stuff started.
Food was ok pizza was good.. they have little to do for small children but games for older kids. I wish they had a better selection of actual arcade games. Ticket game machines feel like a lazy money grab for the amount you pay
Fun place for children to enjoy. Pizza buffet is cheap enough for the whole family to enjoy. The food Is typically fresh and the entire eating area is kept very clean. Lots of games/activities for children of any age. The large movie room was a treat as well. Definitely a favorite for the family. Will be returning.
The pizza has improved to the level of a good freezer pizza since our visit a year ago. The pizza used to be one third bare crust with a minimal amount of sauce and sparce cheese and toppings that was barely edible and not good. The employees kept several different selections on the buffet at all times.
The staff were very friendly and answered my numerous questions. They let us walk in and walk around to check out the place before purchasing so we were better equipped to decide what was best for our family. The pizza was pretty good. Was hoping to try their bacon cheeseburger pizza and smores pizza maybe next time. Their bacon and pepperoni pizza was great..I love how they did the bacon on it and their BBQ chicken pizza is awesome. Wish they had meat in their salad bar like grilled chicken ham real bacon. Would have loved some soup on this cold windy day so maybe think of adding that in the future like potato soup broccoli cheddar chili..tomato soup could be paired with the cheese bread which was very very good and massively cheesy. Loved the games and our 5 year old fawn loved the playground so much she did not want to leave. We bought 1 kid eat and play combo and 1 adult eat and play combo and 1 adult buffet and that was about 73 dollars. Pretty good deal cause the game cards do not expire and can be reloaded. The playground is 5 dollars on top of buffet and is all day. We will be doing that alot for her since she is not quite the age yet to play most of the games but she loved the rides.
The food tastes good, when it's fresh... which seems to be a struggle. I took my son in at 7:10pm, they close at 8pm. I was made very aware, and I also have curtosity for the service industry workers, as I've served and bartender myself in the past. I felt like I was being stalked almost, because as I'm getting food and getting my son situated, multiple employees just stood in random places, waiting for me to get done eating, so they could clean. One guy had a cart blocked at the beginning of the aisle as he was drinking his soda and playing with his phone. You'd think the first time he understands he's in the way, no. He stood their the entire time we ate and every time I had to get up to get something, he'd stand and wait until I said, "Excuse me!". When I went to the buffet, multiple employees just stood and watched my every move like they had nothing better to do. They were yelling back and fourth to each other, like they were all just at home. I noticed almost all the employees were not happy to be there, and even in the play room, they all sat at their stations just playing on their phones. I noticed this because I'm always aware of my surroundings. I understand it was nearing the end of their shifts, but this isn't the first time I've noticed it after several visits. They are very unprofessional and, at times, unpleasant altogether. Not only is the customer service bad, but the food is always old and very limited in varieties, as they used to be. The salad bar always looks messed over, empty dressing bottles, and just gross.
Took my son here tonight. Most of the staff were very friendly. My son didn’t eat there, and I’m glad because I have been so sick to my stomach & nauseous about 1 hour after eating. You would think they would keep the place cleaner with covid going on but this is not the case. The eating areas and bathrooms were absolutely trashed. We spent 200$ there and he got 2 stuffed animals and I got food poisoning.
