The restaurant was clean and the server we had was very personable, efficient and showed a wonderful personality. She was exceptional in her service to me and my family. I highly recommend this Frishes location.
We had late lunch at the Hamburg Big Boy's. The food was excellent ??? as was our server, Harlie. She was very sweet & attentive. We have 2 service dogs and she brought each of them some water. It was very clean restaurant & the ambience was very pleasant & the music being played was great. Greg was at the register when we paid & he was very nice as well. We'll definitely keep this Big Boy's in mind next time. THANK YOU SO MUCH ???
All the terrible flavor of fast food, slowed down so that you can sit and regret your choice to eat there. Honestly I only went in because I had never been to a Big Boy. I assumed it was just a fast food place, went in and found that you sit and get waited on. I thought maybe this will be better than most fast food, but it wasn't. The waitress was very friendly though.
I was getting my tires changed next door so wandered over to Frishes for breakfast. I hit the perfect time. It was Friday so they had the breakfast bar up and running! Everything was fresh, hot, and very good! Yum!!!
2 cheeseburger kids meals a cup of chili and a large diet cherry coke...$19.11. SERIOUSLY?!?! Also the man running drive through was rude and his face and mouth was saying how much he hated his job. Gary I think his name was. Burgers were under cooked. Chili was cold and didn't get crackers or cheese. No napkins either. I wouldn't allow my children to eat the meals. We went to McDonald's got better service, better food. So So So sad. Friche's used to be my favorite restaurant since I was very little. Friche's is going down hill quickly. Quicker than Steak n Shake or Shoneys.
2 people working the entire restaurant (front and back). We waited almost 10 minutes to be seated, then longer to place drink orders. Breakfast bar was a joke. No pancakes, no french toast. Stuff was cold. And they charge $12.99 each for this??? Never again. Go to IHOP for breakfast!
Best Sweet Potato Fries ever! First time that they weren’t overcooked or burnt. Food was fast and hot?
It was ok. The waiting time wasn't long. (Only because it wasn't busy at all) I ha a cheeseburger but the burger patties where as flat at pancakes. The waitress did a really good job checking on me though.
We'd been there once b4 so we knew it was really good. We ordered the same Big Boy burger, bc it's consistently great so why try something else, & I ordered onion rings for the 1st time. The burgers were perfect,as usual. The sweet potato fries & my onion rings looked a little dark, but tasted great & we ate everything. My coleslaw was probably from a big container shipped to the restaurant, but I was craving it, so that was ok with me. The salad bar looked great, as did the new fish sandwich, but frankly, we love the Big Boy burger so much, I'm not sure we'll ever order anything else
I hadn't been to a big boy in years (never a frish's). I was craving a slim Jim but apparently that's not a menu item. I got what I thought was similar but it was tiny and on bad doughy bread. My friend ordered a big boy which wasn't very appealing either. On the plus side the restaurant was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Seems to be the corporate side that is the issue.
