Best service in all of Lexington from cashier Caroline! Even the line employees checked on dinners with a smile. They hold off making my custard for me until done eating which was awesome, just remember to ask if dinning in! Great soft fluffy crispy onion rings, awesome shoestring chili cheese fries and if you get the small there is enough for two to share it as a side. They have that lovely small crunchy ice bits in the self serve soda fountain and also have unsweetened and sweet tea available. The machine has Pepsi and Dr Pepper and Sierra mist and Tropicana pink lemonade. The burgers are really tasty. Restaurant is decently spacious and relatively clean enough. It is an open style kitchen so you can see all the makings. They have booths as well as tables and it is wheelchair accessible friendly. Located right at the entrance across the street of costco. 5/23/2022 Highly Recommend!
The food here is great! The custard is amazing (mine had a brownie in the bottom). My burger was smash style and it was cooked perfectly. The fries are quite good too. This is a good place to grab a bite after a long shopping session in the nearby Costco or Cabella's.
Management was so amazing today as there was a large group of not so easy customers. He smiled the entire time and never got frustrated the first time. The food of course is amazing and the fry sauce is worth going on it's own!
I love this restaurant. Their Patty Melt, Onion Rings, and jalapeno fry sauce is so delicious. However, if you are going through the drive thru don't expect super fast service. It does take them a bit to prepare the food.
I ate here for my first time on Friday (1-14-2022) and had the most pleasant experience. The skinny male manager and the red headed female manager made the experience amazing. They were laughing and joking around and the whole crew looked as if they were having fun. We got dinner and a show 10/10 will be back.
The GM of this store and the future Richmond store were working the front counter today. I came in with my little man for a quick bite to eat. Both of these employees were very personable, professional, and great. Their attitudes to me and my son ensured that I will return and look forward to the Richmond location opening. Hands down one of the best burgers I’ve had was served to me today!
I love Freddie's. The burgers are the real smash burgers! The fries are amazing! I love to put their fry seasoning on the fries! And the best part about Freddie's are the cheese curds!!! Absolutely delicious! This place never disappoints!!!
First time here and it was amazing. Jeremy at the Polo club location was awesome.
Great all around food place. Their burgers remind me of smash burgers, thin and crispy on the outside but still delicious. Their frozen custard or ice cream or whatever is also very delicious especially if you build your own with all kinds of toppings. Also their fries are very thin fries, almost like the ones at steak and shake. Their fry sauce is very delicious.
It was not worth the money. Got a double patty melt and the hamburger patties was so smashed that it fell apart on first bite. For a $13 meal, I expected more meat than what I got. It wasn't all bad though... Fries was fresh and hot. Staff was very busy but friendly.
