Ordered through the app. Told them my name. But the person calling out orders never call d my name. I went and asked if my order was ready, it was. Waited about 10 mins for an order that was ready.Other than that, the burger was excellent ?
Kinda of took a lil while for my customers fokd order through uber eats but finally got thier order to them they got another thing you cam get free peanuts n they are good.
Five Guys has really good Fries. No exception here. My wife and daughters go for their burgers. Not me. I go for their Fries. And, then I usually get a grilled hot dog. But, I always eat the fries first while they're hot. And, take the hotdog home to eat later. It's not that I don't like their burgers but, I do not like their cheap store bought buns which seem like a let down around all the premium meat and toppings.
Restaurant is very clean, the food is good, and the employees really seam to love their jobs. Best customer service I've seen in awhile!
I came in 15 minutes to close and all the food was still made great. Great customer service. Professional team. Clean store.

Food was good for the rest of the Family, but they screwed up my sandwich. The shake was good but very runny.Update: Food today was great. Burger was tasty as usual and cooked well. Fries were great and crispy (a little saltier than I like). Service was fast and friendly.
Absolutely love the place, food and staff so much I got a job there. I will say however if you are on a tight budget this isn't the place to go, everything is cooked to order but you get what you pay for.
Food was great a little pricey and small menu but none the less what they do serve is great my only complaint was the atmosphere it was very crowded loud and the floors needed swept but it is not anyone's fault really things get hectic when it's rush time. But over all I would go here again.
The manager was absolutely fantastic. I heard her more than once telling the team "great job!" And everyone had a fantastic demeanor during the lunch rush.Our food was perfect, tasted exactly like you'd expect for 5 Guys.Great experience.
