Toya provided unbelievable service at the restaurant in Lexington, Kentucky. (Restaurant #1605) She was so friendly and personable from the moment we walked in. At some places you can see how the employees are annoyed when you walk in when it’s close to closing time. It was the opposite with Toya as she seemed genuinely happy to serve us even though we arrived at the last minute. It was a great experience and she’s a huge blessing to your franchise.
Exceptionally poor service. Sat in the drive through for 15 minutes at least listening to a coworker argue with another customer in their car. It went on and on and on and on and on. Instead of just saying come into the store and will resolve the issue they held everybody up while they argued. Totally ridiculous. Too many other places to eat food but won't waste your time
Trying to stay away from the high carb and processed foods. A bit unpredictable on time for an easily prepared food type. No more fast food of any kind if we can help it. Salt, fat and sugar. Eat healthy at home.
Toya is the absolute best!!! I keep coming back to Fazolis for her amazing customer service. She makes my girlfriend and I feel so welcomed every time we enter the doors. And the food is always exceptional!
Toya and her crew were excellent!!!!!! Baby when I tell you the customer service was on point, this was so refreshing coming from Shreveport, La… I felt right at home…. Lewis Campbell rehearsal dinner…. The professionalism and personal attention to us was top tier…..You can tell when someone loves their job!!!!Thank you
Went through the drive through. Cashier taking the order was rude, scoffed at a simple question, and all but threw my change at me. Food was haphazardly thrown into containers, pizza slices were smashed together. bread sticks were so dried out that they were hard to the point you could snap it in half like a stick, tried taking a bite out of one and it was incredibly unpleasant to say the least.1/10 get it together y'all
We ate at Fazoli's tonight for dinner. We were waited on & served by the best, nicest & polite employee there. Her name is Toya. She went totally 9ut of her way to make sure that we were served with all of food, nice & hot! She took our order & then brought our food to our table with a huge smile on her face. I can't remember a time ever that I was treated so great! Toya is an awesome gal! I will make sure to look for her the nice time I go to Fazoli's.
Did not rate 5 stars, food quality below par, lasagna held too long, noodles like leather. Not enough sauce on other pasta. Manager worked to resolve.
Great lunch and great price. But can’t say so much for dinner, at the price you pay for bread it should not be like the pic, not the that Alfredo was looking great, but the manager said this bread ain’t burnt, so I added pics of several.
Staff are friendly and nice. The restaurant was clean and easy to find. I would recommend this location than the other one
