I went for Johnny Carinos Italian. I did not do the BBQ. I don't know why you would go to an Italian restaurant for BBQ. Carinos is great.
It's in a Johnny Carinos?! Why?? So confusing. We were eating in Carinos and they brought us samples of BBQ!?

Ordered two Texas beef brisket sandwiches (along with 4 other meals) over the phone, they say ok my food will be ready in 30 minutes or so.So I get there are they come to my car saying that there's only enough brisket for one sandwich. My second disappointment was that they dont have the hell fire pickles as it stated online for this location. In fact, they have no pickles at all! False advertising.When I get home and dish out my guests' orders there was only two tablespoons of brisket on a small slice of white bread. No bun! Not even two slices of white bread, just one flimsy, thin square! I hate that I didn't take a picture of it (it wasn't my food and I didn't want to be rude).They give such tiny portions of mashed potatoes but I guess it's okay since half of it was the hard crusty top layer of the pan they dished it from.My advise, don't. Just do not. But if you must, just go to Louisville. It's a long drive but the food is so much fresher and the portion sizes are appropriate and the service is wonderful.
Worst tasting meat ever sold . Ribs had an off favor like it was rotten. Tough and no meat , suppose to be St. Louis style but not. Pull pork wasn’t pull but chopped no smoke favors, brisket was tender but again favor was off. Who puts corn in their Mac and cheese and baked beans were pork and beans with brisket cut up and bbq sauce not much favor. The best thing was the corn bread muffin very good . Over all Jonny Carinos should stick to wherever they make but not BBQ. expensive $20. For 3 ribs and small potion of pork. Not worth the time or effort . Will not last long . I think I am going to be sick
This is for the manager....I called and requested to speak to the manager and they said there was no manager so I'm writing this review.I called at 3:54 to order 6 wings and they told me 15 mins, I got my 6 wings at 4:38. That is 45 minutes later and when I got the wings they were not even covered with the bbq sauce that I ordered. They were half covered and I have ate at Famous Daves for years and never have experienced this type of service. I advise you to stick to Johnny Carinos and let Famous Daves go.
Ordered a $55 meals, no coleslaw or cornbread. I called the gentleman to let him know and he did not give an ounce of care in the world. Ordered around 8pm and picked up 35min later, so they are closed. I feel like I wasted my money, I want what I paid for. Thank you
Worse place ever had to wait a whole hour for them to keep coming out saying they are waitn on corn bread. Gets food but food is not there that we payed for. Never again
