We had a great time. The staff was very attentive and very on point. Our server Antonio was awesome. He was very attentive and knowlegeable about the menu. Rodrigo was also part of the service staff, he was so friendly and amenable. We are pleasantly surprise about the service and food. The bathrooms were clean and well kept. The whole restaurant has an open space that is very inviting. We will definitely go back!!!
We had a birthday dinner tonight and forgot to call to let them know about a large party, some people ended up having to arrive 1.5 hours late and still the service was incredible and they were very understanding of our situation! Bety was an incredible server and super attentive to our needs. Food and margs came quickly once we ordered and all tasted wonderful. An awesome first experience we can’t wait to come back!
Rodrigo was beyond fantastic and made the experience above anything ever expected! The food was flavorful along with every beverage we tried. They were willing to help find menu items that would bring you the best experience and the service was great.Will return frequently!
We were in the area, so decided to stop and give it a try. We were seated quickly, ordered drinks which came quickly. The food took a long time to come out of the kitchen considering the few people who were there; but good portions and hot. Would consider coming back in if we're in the area.
Food was ok. The flight of margaritas was pretty good for the price. Service is very good.
Decent Mexican cuisine. Newly decorated and renovated. Employees are happy and helpful and prices are reasonable. Lots of drink specials and typically no wait.

We really like the food. However, the atmosphere feels very cold. They recently remodeled and while it's all new, it's all dark and gray inside. Not sure why they went that route.
Bety was very friendly. The food was amazing and the spicy margaritas were spot on! I had the fiery steak- make sure you can eat the heat before ordering this one! It was flavorful as well as extremely spicy. My husband had the mahi-mahi tacos. He loved them. We will definitely be back and ask for Bety!
This was our first visit to El Charro, and since we live in the Hamburg area we decided to try the newest location on a Saturday night. Outstanding! Happy Hour is 4-7 every day and that gives you 2 for 1 house margaritas. Don’t be afraid of those; they use a better than expected tequila that my wife was quite pleased with. As for the food, it was excellent. The menu was large and varied, with something for anybody that likes Mexican cuisine. We ordered chicken fajitas and a “Pick Three” combo that had a chicken taco, cheese enchilada and a chili relleno. Both dishes came with rice and beans and were ample portions. Some of the fajita chicken and vegetables came home with us, but I wasn’t about to leave any of my combo there. The chili relleno might have been the best I’ve ever had. Prices were quite reasonable, and the service was A+. I believe we have found our new favorite Mexican restaurant in Lexington.
