Had never been to a Dunkin before. Decided to stop coming home from work to get the wife and kid donuts. Pull to the speaker and the young man was instantly rude. Couldn’t tell me prices or let me complete my order without cutting me off. I get to the window and explain to him it’s my first time here and I just worked 4 12 hr shifts back to back and he says “yeah yeah it’s whatever”. I pull of to open my box of cold (cold as in out of the refrigerator cold, seriously) donuts that are barely glazed and a jelly filled donut that had literally one bite of jelly out of the whole thing. Never again. I’d rather go to a mom and pop stop or pay more at KrispyKreme. Young Hispanic man with tribal tattoo on arm.
I have seriously never had a better delivery experience from a restaurant. The way everything was packaged and handled and still hot upon delivery truly changed my expectations on delivery. Thank you Dunkin Donuts for stepping up the delivery game!
Day+ old donuts at 7 am on a Saturday??? Extremely tough and dry. Got 1 glazed and 2 Boston Cream. At $1.20 each, should be fresh donuts at that price. Never thought to check the donuts before driving 20 minutes home. I could have done better at the grocery store across the street. Needless to say our Saturday morning treat was put in the trash bin.
Went there this morning to order their new omelette item, and the guy informs it is frozen and not ready, this was about 9 am, and I believe they open before 8, so I ordered another heated item. I paid and they told me to pull up to order it. I do and 5 seconds later a guy comes out with it and I recieve the plain mini bagels that i ordered and they were cold to the point of almost being froze. I will not order from this location again.
This location is THE BEST!! The staff is always super kind and my coffee is always perfect. Thank you all for being way better than Starbucks.
The drinks wer bad and the food the worse ever had at a dd the bacon was cut in four small peices not in half like it should have been the corners being cut here and all there places its shameful to rip people off blame the pandemic and lack of people wanting to work its a joke its what has been being done slowly all these years have a boss who tells you to hold back a peice here and a peice here or cut it smaller so ripping people off. Charging more fore it
The team was awesome! They were child friendly especially Sherry! Our family enjoyed our brunch here. We will come again. Thank you all.
Just ordered DoorDash and this is what you all sent. How disgusting. Do better. Called the store and they would not give the phone to the manager.
Horrible. 3 times I've ordered here. Pastry was either undercooked or stale. Received a breakfast sandwich with no meat. Coffee with none of the additions I asked for. They don't follow instructions and the food quality is subpar. I'd rather goto McDonald's. Sad
All of the donuts were in the wrong item name spots and they only had 2 glazed and the majority of them were chocolate glazed or Carmel and my server was more interested in his phone conversation with the ear bud in, than waiting on me and seemed put out when I asked for a donut that was in the wrong spot he also cashed me out so quickly I wasn't even able to use my DD perks app. Really disappointed .. In the pictures you can see how my coffee was served oh and let's not forget mind you he asked me if I needed a drink carrier when I had a dozen donuts and by myself ... Well duh no thank you I'll balance the donuts on my head and carry the coffees which have no hot beverage holders if that tells you how hot the coffees were. Well enough venting all I can say is I was very disappointed.
