So this place came highly recommended for us coming from out of state. I called and reserved a 2 layer cake using the Crown Royal colors. When I ordered the cake I spe ifically asked for the purple & gold and sent a picture. I e as never told that the bakery couldn't do this color scheme so I ordered. This was for a 50th birthday and all details mattered to me, I ordered it on 7/10 to be picked up on 7/16. Well what I ordered and paid for was not what I asked for I had a purple and bright yellow cake(not Crown colors) and to make it worse the owner had the nerve to state there is no way to make gold color icing, not the case I've seen cakes its that your shop isn't skilled to make the icing. I was very disappointed paid full price for a cake I didn't order and I will use this shop again or refer them.

Left to right last years bday cake for our girl and this year's cake for our girl. Fawn picked a unicorn theme both years and they delivered. This year was a blank canvas and they knocked it out of the park!!!!

If you ever have an upcoming party or something like that, this is the perfect place to get doughnuts, cookies, or cake in a large amount. Even if you don’t need that many you can get one for yourself and they are amazing. They have coffee too and would be a great place to go in the morning.
Donut Days was right behind our hotel and it did not disappoint! The staff was so kind and truly seemed to enjoy working there. They sell everything from donuts to cookies to bread to cakes to other sweet treats. We started talking with the employee helping us and learned that the bakery is celebrating 50 years this year. We asked what they’d recommend for us to get as our first time there and she said the chocolate glazed donut— start simple. (If someone is telling you to try the basics, they must be pretty confident in them.) She then said we MUST try the glazed donut. When we went to pay, she said they were on the house. SO KIND. The atmosphere felt very retro & reminiscent of what the early days of the bakery must’ve been. It had a cute diner feel with the coffee space as well. Truly was so impressed by this spontaneous stop in.
