I order form dominos and they are the best and there the little delivery people are the best 10/10 will recommend it to anybody likes Pizza dessert wings and pasta
I’m a chill as they come. Still am, but had to gather my thoughts after ordering at 7:30 with the correct store, wrong store calling me 10 minutes later noticing I had tipped and said they would just bring it, then canceling my order 45 minutes later. Then for some reason, I decide to reorder, again, with the supposed correct store. Then after another hour and fifteen minutes, they tell me they tried to call three times, which I received no call. Verify my address and it’s not even close to where I live. I would’ve went out and gotten whatever I wanted but it’s kind of hard as a single dad with a 15 week old, let alone be able to eat anyway. But, I guess it’s the times we live in
I would give it zero Stars if i could for customer service. They have a new GM so this will hopefully improve. Have had some issues, gotten contacted back from said new gm and ran into the same problem after they assured me and my husband our concerns will be met. We tried to get contact information and gave us a fake number to someone out of state. We’re still trying to get back in contact with the GM to now inform her of the conversation her assistant Amanda had with me and again giving me a fake number instead of the GM number like she said.
It is literally like a 15$ difference to go around the corner and do carry out instead of delivery. Also wanting to use my 3$ tip rewards from my last carry out order but it would not work!! Again it is definitely not worth using delivery.
I have ordered cheesy bread and chocolava cake multiple times. They don’t bake cheesy bread enough to melt the cheese inside and cheese is raw when I get it. They provide only 2 cakes in a box whereas many other locations serve 3 cakes.
Never again. This is the last time I will ever spend money at this store. This is the third order that was cold and late. Literally made 40 minutes and just sat in the heater. Soggy crust again. No contact from anyone at the store. But when I call and wait for 10 minutes on hold they know the address that is calling. I will never spend another dime at this terrible store.
I used to love this place but recently ordered and was disappointed to see my pizza which was supposed to have many toppings had barely any! I ordered the Extravaganza large but there was hardly any meat or vegetables. Maybe I need to go elsewhere for my next pizza!
Just ordered the chicken habanero sandwich, and the Italian sandwich. Straight FIREEE!!!??? big SHOUTOUT to ERIC at the PIMLICO PKWY location, really good stuff!!
Dominos “bone in wings!” A little on the small side! Definitely won’t be order their wings EVER again.
Currently waiting over 1 hour for pizza in the store while listening to staff behind the counter fight amongst themselves and complain. Paid in advace & we were told we just have to wait. Two additional customers irate, phone riging continuously, and cars outside honking their horns. Unbelievably long wait time and terrible customer service for pizza!!!
