Picked up carry-out, disappointed, received wrong pizza.Review #2 - So, we tried this location again tonight, got the right order but the crust was paper thin and the toppings were falling off, turned into a deplorable soggy mess. A total waste of our time and money. Not sure if we will try again. At this point, we do NOT recommend! We would give negative stars, if it were an option.

Waits at the store for an hour and before it was even delivered I called them and asked if the could remake it before the driver brings me a cold pizza. Worst costumer service ever.
Amanda Whisman that works night shift at the lane Allen store is awesome! Friendly fast service. Deserves a promotion/raise!!Keep up the hard work. We stopped using this location for a bit due to poor service but she got our service back
In reality, no stars are more appropriate. I ordered a pizza over an hour before closing and it was never delivered. On the app, it stayed showing “quality checking” not allowing me to cancel my order. In addition, I called the store for the 30 minutes prior to closing without a response. Finally, I called the customer service number and they blamed the poor service on it being a franchise. Lol.
i waited an hour and checked the tracker and it hadn't even started being made so i called and it took them 15 mins to answer the phone and when they did the manager cussed me and my mother out. never ordering from this store again the disrespect is uncalled for.
This place used to be good but having my pizza sit on a shelf for over an hour without even being delivered is freaking ridiculous.
My pan pizza was burnt. I work at a pizza place so I do not complain lightly. But it was nearly inedible.

For a pizza delivery, it beats Pizza Hut and Papa John's without a second thought. Order delivery online, 7.49 hand made pizzas are the way to go. Salad, dessert, pasta, pizza, breads, toasted subs, chicken bites, 5.99. Always deliver on time and sometimes they throw in a free item. Great rewards system toward free pizza of your choice.My only request is that the drivers NEED to read customer instructions that are typed in by the customer during check out. I typed, "cash on the porch bench, please do not knock" and they knock or ring the door bell anyway, waking the baby, every time.
