Used to be decent. But now those 2 girls working the front do not have the mental capacity to put the correct food in a bag. Or even to type in the correct order. They are rude. Slow as heck because they stand around laughing at how they messed up customers food. The manager is pretty well nonexistent. She comes out of the back for 2 seconds. Ignores the upset customer standing in the closed lobby complaining about the wrong food. And just dissappear from where she came. Leaving the 2 "workers" again. Barely moving. Handing out wrong food to every car there. I waited over 10 minutes for a hamburger and received a chicken sandwich. Then when I had to drive back to the restaurant and reorder they still can't get my order right. Needless to say I will be avoiding this atrocity like the plague. I honestly cannot believe how incompetent. You've got people waiting 10 minutes on their order and you don't understand the difference between beef and chicken.

Ordered a blizzard cake online, told me multiple times at the drive thru that they don’t take online orders..until they went back and found my cake. Was then told that it hadn’t been paid for despite me having a receipt with my credit card number on it. Finally figured it out and gave me my cake after three times going back and forth. Drove away to realize they had given me the completely wrong cake, wrong flavor, wrong icing, with “Happy 13th Birthday Layne”…my cake was for my 21 year old boyfriend. Had to go back AGAIN and get the cake switched again.

Says drive thru open until 11pm. Went at about 1015 pm. Big neon light says drive thru open. Proceed to drive thru. No one talks. I try speaking into the speaker a few times. After a min or two I drive around and see manager looking lady walking around. I wave, she looks at me then walks out a door. a few moments later shes back with a few others who start cleaning. I try asking another worker (literally 2 feet away inside the closed drive thru window) if they're still open. Get ingored.

Over all worse experience ever. Disrespectful employees. If I treated them like they treated me at my restaurant, I wouldn’t have a job. Me and my family will not be going back to this location.

I have literally never been happy or satisfied any of the few times I've ever gone to this restaurant because literally every time I've tried it the food has been nasty and dry and not the hottest. I mean honestly I have literally never recieved good, fresh food from a dairy queen. It is always dry and nasty every single time so I think this is definitely gonna be the last time I ever dairy queen again because it's just not at all worth it for any of their actual food. The ice cream is decent but the fact that ice cream is the only thing worth ordering at this whole restaurant is pathetic

Disappointed. Just went through the drive thru and got some food. Leave there, get home, and less than half my order is actually correct - after having to repeat myself 3 times and correct the girl who was working speaker. Asked for coke no ice. It was full of ice. Asked for one cheeseburger regular and one plain. Both were plain. Asked for pretzel sticks with queso, didn’t get any queso.

Best ice cream cakes in town. I love the chicken fingers with gravy and fries. Breakfast is great value. The chicken wrap is my favorite breakfast item!

Love their biscuits and gravy but this morning 12/11 where’s the gravy?

Their blizzards and banana splits are delicious. Service is horrible. Every time I go, drive thru is extremely slow. You wait forever for someone to take your order. Then wait just as long to get through drive thru line.

The order taker was the only good thing about this experience. Only one person had a mask on in the store. One employee had no socks on, the service was slow and to top it off my order had to be made twice because the kids making it couldn’t understand simple instructions. When he made it wrong he sat and laughed about it, he didn’t care. The manager who assisted me wasn’t even wearing a mask. After 10 minutes I finally got my order and the girl at drive thru is the one who made it. EXTREMELY SAD!!
