Order taker was not very attentive, charged me $2 buck for a cup of water to go with my grandkids ice cream. Later on the manager did give me my money back for the water charge. The ice cream was great as always, it’s Dairy Queen what else can I say
We have been to this location 3 times over the past few weeks and everytime they weren't serving ice cream or said they were only offering cones. If this Dairy Queen can't servre ice cream they need to just close their doors.
Terrible. Wait times are awful. Overcharged me for my blizzard. Wouldn't give me a receipt so I could see why a small blizzard was almost 7$ I vowed never to go back.I always go to the other Dairy Queen on Palumbo drive even though it is twice as far from my house.
I came to Dairy queen on new circle road 2 times and both times NO icecream. I'm not sure but I thought Dairy Queen was all about there icecream. Doesnt make any sense to me.
Ordered a small dipped cone and a medium iced tea at the drive thru. The tea had absolutely no ice in it and the ice cream in the cone was not Dairy Queen ice cream. Instead it was some grainy, icy substitute one would normally expect to find at a gas station. Threw all of it away. Total waste. Scrumpdillydidnt.
To the woman sitting outside smoking at 1:40 on May 3rd. Idk why you felt the need to yell and give me a dirty look for reading the sign you were sitting next to. But I found it rude and uncalled for.. Noone was bugging you or staring at you on you lovely brake I just wanted to see what the BIG SINE NEXT TO YOU SAID !! HOPE YOU HAVE A GOOD REST OF YOUR DAY .
My family & I wanted ice cream tonight but they are NOT serving it. And then we ordered food with gravy, the gravy was watered down. Very sad.
Chicken& gravy box!!Gravy was nothing but water!Toast was stall, drinks were full of ice so no room for soda.Awful meal, waste of money!Gave them 1 star, chicken was ok.
Horrible customer service! Gave us 2 melted blizzards after waiting 23 minutes in line. Tried to pull up and smart guy in the front was blocking rear cars from moving. The server tried to be pleasant, but her unprofessional, troll of a manager wouldn't refund our money. Never again.
Came threw craving the Chicken Box , but only breakfast ,my heart was broken ? then a voice came across and said "if you don't mind to wait I'll fix it! " ? And they did!!! And it's PERFECT!!! I LOVE YOU ❤️ DAIRY QUEES!!! Y'all made my day!!!
