It's okay. This location is much better than the Richmond Road restaurant in my opinion. Although, the timing of when the food will be ready is off so the food is not hot. It's hit or miss.
A great local dinner option. I am glad they are back up, .y only hope is they get fried banana peppers again.
Wife and I ordered a Sirloin and New York Strip steak, Med-rare and Med-well. Both steaks were cooked past Well-done by a minute or more. Well-blackened more like it. The baked potato was tender but you could taste dirt on the skin.
There is a girl called Jennifer who answer phones, she always rude. We been eating here for over 7 years, but looks like we gonna find somewhere else. It sucks cz we love their food, but attitude with food don't go hand in hand ????
Used to eat here at least 2 times a week. The last 5 times I've tried to order they are closing early for no reason. Yet they answer the phones like they are open. I literally sit in the parking lot and called the other night and watched the manager lie straight to my face, saying he was closing early. Yet the open light was on and I watched 2 guys walk in and he took their order and started cooking the food. I watched while they waited on their food to be cooked,and leave. Yet he absolutely refused to take my order. I will never spend another penny there. The customer service is horrible. Apparently if you work later hours than you gotta be friends with the manager to get food past 9.
Fantastic steak. Almost as good as outbacks porterhouse. Almost. However it has a local chain feel than a big conglomerate vibe. My steak was cooked perfectly to my exact specs. Amazing rare. Not fatty but well marbled and buttery smooth

Hungry for a good fillet and potato? These guys got that and a side. The Special is Awesome.
Columbias has always been a solid choice when I'm wanting take out.
Best food for the price! always on point! haven't missed yet! definitely in the weekly rotation of places to eat!!
