We celebrated my daughter’s birthday last evening at Cole’s. It’s always a lovely experience dining at Cole’s. What makes it even more special is that they serve a large number of meals to please vegetarians and vegans. There are few restaurants in Lexington that embrace vegetarian fine dining…and Cole’s is by far the best in the area! Thanks for your attention to detail, your well trained waitstaff, and lovely ambiance. If you have difficulty hearing, I recommend not eating on the porch as the street noise is extremely loud. I think a dense stand of arborvitae at the street line would help dampen the sound. It didn’t disturb us, but I noticed an elderly couple was having difficulty holding a conversation.

Yolanda is the best, most fabulous, and a sno-cone on a hot day.

Birthday. Petit sirloin excellent. Attractive presentation. Attentive wait staff.

Waited 15 minutes for server to tell us wine we selected was out of stock, then waited 30 minutes for a bottle of chilled wine. Server brought appetizer out 15 minutes before wine.

We had the pan fried mushrooms and horseradish crusted salmon. I LOVED both the appetizer and the main entree. We will definitely return in the future!

We sat on the patio, it was fabulous. Our server was wonderful, very helpful, made us laugh, I really appreciate the extra effort she put forth when serving the five of us. The food was good but the service and the ambience made our experience so much better!

Awesome! Server John was incredible. Food was absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend.

Wait staff was very professional and attentive. Food was nicely prepared. Cole’s provided a very enjoyable evening.

Restaurant Week special dinner was great as was server Yolanda …will remember though that a drink and glass of wine costs more than the entire dinner: beware!

Outstanding in every respect. The service was impeccable and Yolanda, our server was so good we asked that in future visits we should be seated in her area. Food was delicious and portion sizes were regular entree size even on the Restaurant Week special menu, unlike other restaurants in town. My wife's Brussels sprouts salad appetizer was too salty and Yolanda whipped it away and returned with the menu and offerred her a choice of any of the appetizers. The chosen appetizer, which my wife said was delicious, was delivered by the manager who offered his apologies. No wonder this is one of my two favorite restaurants in Lexington.
