We've been coming to this location for years. Always been happy. But recently the place is starting to smell terrible every time we come in. Tonight we had to leave because it smelled so bad that it was going to make us throw up. Cant tell if it is rotten dairy or sewer backup. Either way we won't be back until this place is cleaned.
Service was awesome and ice cream was just as good..
Ordered online and had to wait for everyone to leave before they even started making mine….. even after driving for 15 minutes to get there. What a waste of time and money, I’ll be using my own blender next time!

A nice little place for ice cream in Hamburg area. We stop here for desert after dinner at many of the surrounding restaurants.
My family and I went to Cold Stone Creamery for the first time since 2019. She ordered a mudpie mojo. What she got and the picture were 2 totally different things. They're were hardly no toppings on her's. I ordered a oreo overload. They're was literally hardly any oreo, chocolate chips, and fudge in mine. What a total waste of 16 dollars!!! I will NOT be bringing my family back. This place is pathetic!!!!
Ice cream was good. Crew was what I would expect. The smell of rotten dairy and mildew as soon as you walked in...not so good. You should clean your trash cans.
All I can say is wow the manager personally called me to get my Christmas Birthday cake order online for my daughter fixed and situated that I processed! I will def be going back for further celebrations!! 5 stars my daughter will be so happy!!!
A person goes in there stands in line and tells them what they want 4 times and they acknowledge and shake there head yes and it comes out without the right ingredients is just unacceptable to me! I mean we pay a lot of money for that ice cream not to get what you want!
My favorite place to buy a quart of ? every time I visit! Nice staff, price is good for products and I love how they mix in all my fav extras!
