My cake was partially melted and the writing was not only incorrect but also incorrect. I was also called and told it was done and ready for pickup twice. When I showed up to pick it up the cake was not done and obviously thrown together last minute. It was clear the situation was going south but they bagged it and sent it out the door anyway and with no other choice was left with a cake that was paid for and looked terrible.
Got a caramel apple and asked them to slice it for me. Didn’t think much of it, but when I got to the car and started eating it I realized it tasted funny. It was rotten at the core and all gross and brown and the stick had even fallen out of it.
If you plan on a curbside pick up your better off walking in. I had a set time and tried to call for 10 mins and no ever picked up the phone. Finally went in and said I had an online order for curbside pick and all she did was look at the order to confirm that and handed me my order. What good is gonna due to offer curbside and not a answer your phone. Then the cookie dough was barely chopped. I ordered a quarter and it was mostly ice cream with a few big chunks at the end normally they chop everything up really well. Poor customer service.
