Didn’t even get to a table:Had never been here before and decided to try it out for a date night. Gave them our phone number and names and went for a walk since they said it would be an hour wait. Never received a call so we walked back. The lady who took our number looked at us several times before some old guy and a couple others started clearing all the check in tables. I told the older guy we were on the list and asked if our table was ready and he called us liars and said the waitress called every number on the list and told us to leave.*Went to drakes 30 minutes before closing, got welcomed by a waitress that served me before and taken care of without hesitation and was compensated for the inconvenience. *Cynco is not worth anyone’s time. Plenty of other places to eat at without dealing with unprofessional and idiotic business practices.I’ve worked service jobs before and none of these people seemed to actually care about their job.Other reviews says the food isn’t worth it so glad we dodged a bullet!
Zero stars.$100.00 take out order.15 minutes they said, not, he had to wait another 15 minutes.2 tiny bags of chips for 6 separate orders that came with chips.2 tbs of salsa for my chips that where MIA.1st item on receipt was a gallon of unsweetened tea, my husband had to go back and get it and they had to rebrew it.I told them his name and they had no clue.Food was lukewarm by the time we got the tea.NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
My husband and I ate during taco week. We ordered each 2 carnitas tacos. My husband was sick 45 mins after we finished eating. I told him there was something wrong with the chips and salsa. I threw up later that night with diarrhea.
They are quick good food. Location is great for downtown dinning and great for a lunch spot.
Super mediocre. Nachos Supreme were the smallest pile of nachos. My burrito was supposed to been the best burrito and it was tiny. Like, it looked like an enchilada size. However, my fiance's Surf & Turf Tacos were huge and heaping with toppings! Took forever to get check and pay. Meh. Nothing special.
Great place for a quick meal. I wasn't too impressed with the menu and quality of food. Presentation could use a little help. But non the less, a good experience.
I called because the order I received was the completely wrong order and the manager was very rude. He said it wasn’t his fault and there was nothing he could do about it. He didn’t offer to remake it or anything. He said if he did then it would come out of his own money. He hung the phone up on me and when I called again he said that I couldNot speak to a manager even though he said he was one himself. This is the second Tim I’ve had bad service. I will not eat here again.
This may very well have been the best meal I've ever eaten at a Mexican restaurant! I had the vegetarian meal A. with the cheese enchilada and chile relleno with rice and beans. Absolutely delicious! I usually add salt to taste on rice and beans at Mexican restaurants. Not here! Seasoned and flavorful! The sauce on the chile relleno and enchilada was amazing! The hot "house" salsa was phenomenal! Server was very friendly and the atmosphere is nice also..
Mersadeez was delightful and the pork enchiladas were a tasty treat:-)
This place should be absolutely ashamed of itself. I parked in their lot on 10-30-2021 at around 8:40 PM. I am an out of towner so wasnst sure of the parking rules. I walked all around the lot to look for signage particularly at the entrance points to make sure it was OK to park there. Didnt see anything obvious. I entered from the Jersey St side and after parking I headed to Tin Roof to watch my sisters band play. They played until 2:00 AM. After the show I walked out to no
