Over the years, I have taken several young family members to various Chuck E. Cheese locations, and I'm happy to share we have always had really good experiences. Recently, I took my two young nieces and a nephew to this Chuck E. Cheese location, and was so impressed with the customer service that I felt compelled to share how incredibly nice and friendly each and every staff member we met was/is at that facility. While there, we were fortunate to meet George, the general manager, and, as I observed his interactions with other guests and staff, I came to realize that his professionalism and friendliness set such a positive example and high standard for his staff that it made our time there go from a really nice experience to an absolutely fantastic experience! A family would be hard-pressed to find a safer, cleaner environment than this location to take their little lived ones to for an outing, but they will get so much more than that because the children will be treated like the little princes and princesses they are by George and his wonderful staff members!!!!
Great experience for my sons 3rd birthday. The employee's there were extremely pleasant. The manager on duty, she was super nice to us as well as to the rest of the family. We were kinda sad that they did away with the ball pits ect. But the whole experience made up for it.
Was fun but the games don't give you many points to be honest that's a big down fall. Also was hoping they had an indoor climbing jungle gym for my kids but nope it's not like the other Chuck E Cheese that we have back home in California.
So I stopped for a short visit, because I wanted the pizza and my kids were with me. I’m pregnant and was having a craving. My six year old was eating pizza when I noticed this on her slice of pizza we’re the bread is. I was very upset couldn’t imagine if my daughter would of eaten it. It’s some kind of plastic piece with numbers on it, you can clearly see it was cooked into the bread somehow. I went to the front and asked for my money back for that specific pizza because to be fair we did eat the other pizza and wings. The lady in the front was nice and apologized to me for it and offered many things including my money back. But all I wanted was my money back for that pizza. She gave me a full refund and, I get that things happen but maybe the people cutting the pizza should take a few minutes more to just take a quick glance when cutting the pizza before handing it out. This thing was not a normal peace of plastic I could even bend it almost like cartilage. Scary thing but over all I look this place and so do my kids I will keep coming here. I’ll just check all the food next time. Good job to the lady that helped me! She understood the assignment.
Pizza was actually pretty good. Very clean environment. Wish they had the old tunnels climbing area/ball pit. But oh well. Manager was actually very nice and accommodating! Forgot his name. He was also doubling as doing some training but never lost focus on getting us taken care of! Perfect place for a mid week low key play place. Our son is 5 and loved it.
The staff there was amazing (3/11/22 closing crew).They were super busy, and every one of them were nothing but helpful and courteous. They still had a smile for you.I'd had a stressful day, and they really made a difference. Made mine and my boy's night.Thank you!It's people like you who make a business thrive.The pizza was also delicious.
Had my six year olds birthday party there and the staff was AMAZING! My son and his friends had an absolute ball, and it was because of them. The stand out staff member is named Precious, and she is phenomenal. These people work HARD, and I'm sure the parents can be difficult and entitled at times - but the staff is kind and patient.
bring back tokens and tickets. the credit card deal is no fun.
I called to make sure everything we needed was included. I was told everything included, even received an email. Total was supposed to be $134…walked out paying $237. Way too many parties scheduled for one time. Way too many people. I had to go get a pack of spoons when the cake came out, had to ask for something to cut the cake with. Awful, awful experience!
I've been coming to this location for about 2 years now. They have definitely upgraded the games there. Super awesome. Very clean. The staff isn't overly friendly but they are all polite and never ever rude. Great location for the manager to be proud of
