WORST chipotle location I have ever visited. Waited in line 20 minutes to start my order. They were out of guac and lettuce. No lemonades available. My Barbacoa was one huge chunk held together by fat gristle. No trash cans outside… trash was piled up out there on the ground. Received attitude by multiple employees. Went back in for something else and received the stink eye by an employee. I will not be returning.

This is a great place to eat unless you want steak, chicken, lettuce,or guac and prefer to drink lemonade or tea. Also you may just have to eat your bowl with chips because they don’t have forks.... wait wait...they may also be out of chips so you might as well just use your hands to eat your bowl. This chipotle location SUCKS when it comes to available food options. Not only are they always out of lettuce or chicken but they fail to let anyone know before they already started ordering their meal. I have tried and tried and tried again in hopes that management of this specific location gets their act together. Fortunately for me the Richmond rd location is only a couple miles down the road, but how inconvenient that is to have one in Hamburg but knowing I’ll show up and they won’t have anything available. Aside from that Chipotle as a company is great and I will continue to be a loyal client, and yes I will probably show up to the Hamburg location every now and then hoping they get it together!

Food was ok but the place was a wreck, dirty tables, over flowing trash cans and out of all lemonade and sweet tea. Chips were stale. Needs work for sure

Not only was there no guac at 7:45, but there were no Waters or lemonade available and the chips were oily. Not in a soggy way, but in a laminated way. They were edible but ...Edit: Husband reports that there was vomit in the men's bathroom sink.

The staff was very nice and engaging. However the place was filthy. Tables were ALL dirty, garbages inside and out were overflowing. Very disappointed.

I would love to give this 5 stars because the food was amazing. The staff were efficient & kind as well.Unfortunately, the women's restroom was absolutely horrific. I took one look at it & had to immediately walk out to avoid nausea. We were passing through the area on the way home. I hope it's a random occurrence for this location but I'll probably never know.

Came here 6/12 at 1:15pm. This is by far the absolute worst chipotle and perhaps fast casual restaurant in existence, it was definitely my worst experience ever with a place you expect to spend no more than 10-15 minutes ordering with a line. We walked into this chipotle on our way back to Georgia and this stop added 45 minutes to our arrival time. There were 13 people in front of us when we got in line and shortly about 8 more arrived behind us. There was ONE person making the food. A girl who is supposed to be responsible for the second options of each order (guac, cheese, salsa, etc.) was flirting with a line cook and showing ZERO effort to speed up the line. These people have clearly had no training and have no capacity to work quickly or even at a normal steady pace to keep a line moving. The long line did not exist because of a rush of customers, it existed because this was the poorest and slowest service possible. The line station was covered in food from sloppy serving. Multiple employees were standing around doing NOTHING while one person started each order. It takes basic intuition to jump in and help start more than one order to address a long line. This location needs a serious overhaul. DO NOT come here if you don’t have 45 minutes to waste for mediocre food.

I'm a fan of chipotle. It's probably my favorite chain restaurant. Of course not every chipotle is amazing, but this one is. Not far off the highway. Clean and they make your burritos with care and attention. Maybe they're sad to see the burritos go, but deep down they know they're going to a better place. The kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but if it was, Jesus would have used chipotle as the parable setting.

One of the absolute worst run restaurants I have ever been to. I live close by so I happen to go here a lot more than I should considering how this location is so poorly run. They are constantly short staffed. No one seems to be in charge. Every time I have been there they are out of some ingredient and you never know until you have already started your order. I’ll probably go there again but I don’t imagine it being a successful meal. I really enjoy chipotle but loath this location. Hamburg location. Get it together. I’m going on 4 years and nothing has changed with it.

We were totally ignored for several minutes before anyone took our order. We were told there were no chips, yet there were bags and bags of them for online orders only. The specialty drinks were completely empty. My husband's taco was too salty. We won't be back.
