How can a restaurant such as Chipolte run out of Chicken, Rice, Steak on a Tuesday July 12th at 5:30pm???? Beyond comprehension.
This location can get pretty slammed so I like to go at off times usually. Food was great today and they don’t have enough help but the crew was working hard and friendly. Docked one star because a lot the tables haven’t been cleaned but otherwise a great experience.
Ordered pick up and not sure why they only got that I only ordered steak and queso.I ordered my usual: rice,beans,pico,corn,sour cream,cheese,lettuce,meat and queso.Pick up my order with my toddler who was already starving and fussy.Sat down and opened the bowl and it was only meat and queso.Go back and inform cashier and just ask them to put everything over the meat cause my son is starving.Cashier gets manager,manager starts arguing tha whatever the ticket printed that is what I’m getting.I asked her again to just fill up the bowl. She sighed and showed me how bothered she is but agreed to give me my food.She remade it.Took the previous bowl and as she grabbed it I told her I haven’t touched it she said it’s trash anyway,so I asked her if I could have it instead? She said no,cause I haven’t paid for it.I sit down to eat and notice there is no queso.I go back and ask her and show her that on my orig order it was queso and she said that is extra and I have to pay for it.This lady literally treated me like I was begging for free food while I paid like $14-15 for that bowl THAT WAS FILLED HALFWAY!
Just ordered a bowl to go. They had barely any white rice left so he scraped about a half of a spoon full out and smeared it around to try to cover the bottom of the container. Next up black beans. He had to fish around to get maybe half a spoon full. I asked for more he said they are running low and moved forward. I then said I would like steak and chicken and said 1 of each not half and half. And what does he do. Not even half of a scoop of each. I said can I get more please. He didn’t even acknowledge me. A female employee stepped up and took over and finished my order which she the salsa pico and cheese. She handed it off to the cashier and the cashier asked the male worker what I got. He said double chicken and steak. I said again there is no way you gave me double look at the bowl it doesn’t even reach the top of the brown container (it was about half filled.) The female worker said it looks like half and half to me but he charged me for full portions. So my bowl and chips and queso cost me $27 for half of the normal serving. You guys are already expensive and now you are ripping people off by saying you are low on product. This place is a joke! Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to.
Love eating there! 1 of the most healthiest things I eat. Double steak and chicken bowl with brown cilantro lime rice Pico di Gallo sour cream cheese lettuce and a burrito tortilla on the side which today found out I can get 2or 3 soft taco shells for the same price as a burrito tortilla on the side which is 30 cents. Still awesome every time..I'm just picky about how it's layered that I go there to order it lol
It was a brave decision to eat here and fortunately we all survived. Service was good.
This is the 3rd time that we got uncooked rice so we complained... They said they would call me withing 24hours to fix the issue, this was 2 weeks ago. Over $40.00 in food every time we order. I let it slide twice, the 3rd time I complained and it still does no good.
My first visit and I enjoyed it. Fresh food and nice atmosphere. I will be back!
Tried for the last time ordering to go on the app from this location.First issue, the app said the only protein available was the Pollo Asado which when we went in the store to pick up order saw everything was available. This wasn’t what we wanted but it’s fine and would’ve been fine if that’s all there was.Ordered two burritos, both with double protein, and the amount of protein on the two (maybe 7 pieces) wouldn’t be considered enough single protein for a single burrito. One burrito was basically a cheesy rice burrito with the other mostly cheese and bean with some light ingredients.If you go in and order, your experience may be different but DO NOT ORDER FROM THE APP FOR THIS LOCATION.
This location is very poorly managed and needs a complete overhaul in management. The management is rude, bullies and do not know how to talk to nor treat their employees. This has an obvious effect on employee moral and is probably why there is always a now hiring sign in the front of the store. Until this changes there will always be a large turnover rate at this location. It’s not that people don’t want to work it’s the fact that people want to work for a company and management who value their employees. Corporate needs to send an “undercover boss” to this location and see how employees are really being treated.
