The food was pretty okay even though it was a little cold. Might've been because the wait was too long.
Always a great experience at Chic Fil AThey messed up My order & took longer than normal gettin me my food but they were super apologetic & once they realized the mistake were quick to fix it
The food was tasty and the line moved through fast.. We went through the drive-thru and they were extremely efficient taking our order and having us pay while in line. There was a long line but it kept moving.
The chicken sandwich was BLAH. It was hard to work up enthusiasm for a taste that did not meet Chick-fil-A's usual delicious standards. The fries, on the other hand, were fantastic!
Stopped in for a cheat meal tonight and it was delicious as always. The cashier Rachel was awesome. She recommended the cookies and cream shake and it was really good. Next time I'm in lex I'll definitely have to stop for another cheat meal.
Stopped by the drive through to get some Chick-fil-A about an hour before closing. Cars were wrapped around the building as usual, but I still received prompt friendly service, and was back on my way home in about 10 minutes max. When I got home, I found all of my food to be correct, hot, and tasty. Chick-fil-A has been killing the fast food game for awhile now. This is the only place that consistently provides great service and great fast food. I’m not saying that they don’t ever make a mistake or forget something, but I do have to say that it is very rare. Chick-fil-A has proven what happens when you take care of your employees and pay them well, they end up appreciating their job and provide superior service to the guest that they serve.
The food was just not good. You would expect a chain to be consistent, but this was awful with poor quality ingredients haphazardly thrown together. If you're going to have me wait 30 minutes for 1 sandwich it should at least taste something. I don't think I will ever return again.
Each and every employee is SO sweet, kind, punctual, and professional. It seems you've found every genuine and sweet soul and employed them to work for you. My order is ALWAYS right, down to the sauces, and the food is fresh. Line is long but moves really quickly. Will always be back.
The person that took my order was friendly & professional but didn't know the whole menu but found out the was new but was willing to learn. Along with all the other staff they were all professional as always and the food was cooked to perfection
There were like 30 cars in line in front of me and I got through the drive thru in 5 minutes. I've got the southwest type salad about 10 times and it's always been fresh and spicy. It's the best.
