Food was great the second time around after correcting our order.Service, not so great. Wasn’t our servers fault, though. Had the bartender serving the entire bar area including our booth and it took a while to get his attention and get our drink and food order in.Finally got our food 45 minutes after ordering and order was wrong. Our server did get replacements made quickly though, and brought us boxes and the check immediately since we were running low on time.Server did the best he could in his situation, but I think restaurant was understaffed that night.
Always have a good experience when I go to Cheddars. There's never a wait and we have the best service. I was impressed with the Dijon chicken but the carrots and coleslaw were just ok. My partners chicken potpie was good but definitely lacked salt or seasoning. This is not a stop we make often but it works when we want something close and not too expensive.
Bad experience. Bad service. Everything took a long time from getting our drinks to getting our poorly prepared food. First drinks were wrong and glasses were left when replacements were finally brought. Waiter never offered to remove any dishes but instead piled our table. I wouldn't recommend this location. Cheddars is better than what we were given. Should have taken pictures.
Food was great, celebrated my sons birthday with family. He got a free dessert. We had a large group, 11, so we had to sit out on the patio otherwise it would have taken almost an hour for them to seat us inside. At least it was a nice day, we did have issues with one of the patio umbrellas that would not go up but it was swapped out.
Well it didn't start out very well, the first server that we had was just plain treable. Took our appetizer order and drinks. Food came, no napkins, no silverware, no plates. Had to ask her to bring them. We'll 10 minutes later she took another table order, brought another table their food, so I had to get the manager to handle the problem. She came back to the table with an attitude. And I asked for another server, and our 2nd server was great. She turned it all around. The food was good. And the restaurants atmosphere was nice.
This was my very first time at Cheddars and it was fabulous! James was our server. I must say, it has been a long time since we have had a fantastic server, until this visit. The food was delicious, only thing I didn't really care for was the mashed potatoes. But everything else was great. Not everyone cooks steaks to perfection, but they got mine spot on. They also accommodated our picky kiddos, one wanted lettuce, ranch and jalapeños on her hamburger. We will definitely be back, as I now have a new favorite restaurant!
Food is decently priced and has great taste. Any dish you request is a good selection. Service is not slow however a three star because of three times I’ve been I wish it could of been a tad more time between appetizer and main dish. Waiters waitresses and host stand is pleasant and you do have good conversation. Bar seating is good for tv watching.
My great niece chose this location for dinner for us to celebrate her 22nd birthday. All went well until time for the checks were to be handed out. Prior to ordering we ask our server which would be suit her, one check and we divide it ourselves or separate checks. She left it to us, so we went with separate checks. Their were 8 in our group, 6 checks/tickets. 5 of those tickets were incorrect. Each ticket had a different individual’s order. Example : mine had my two drinks but my brother’s pasta dish. And my order was on his girlfriend’s. After an hour of the server attempting to correct everything, she finally said what ever is on the most recent ticket, pay that. My ticket ended up being mostly correct. My order came with 2 sides, but I was charged for one (.99). Also, mushrooms and onions were added resulting in a extra charge (.99 for each). $3 isn’t a lot of cash, but the menu doesn’t state there is a extra charge for any. My loaded baked potato was on the list of side items to choose from, but yet I was charged for it! This was not a negative enough of an experience to keep me from revisiting, but I’ll watch more closely the next time. This was on Saturday, February 26, 2022.
The service was just decent. Drinks were empty for a little too long. This was the first time going to this Cheddar's & it's the first time I've ever been told you have to pay for extra croissants. Just one per person & then a dollar each.
We are visiting from Minnesota and had never been to a Cheddar's before. The food was amazing. We had the Baked potato soup and the Pot Pie. Delicious!! Our waiter was friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
