My order was for orange (dreamsicle) and lemon cake pops for a citrus themed wedding shower. They were perfect and enjoyed by everyone!
We ordered a custom cake for our little girl’s Tangled birthday and it looked exactly like I wanted it to! And it also tasted amazing! We will definitely be ordering more from Caramanda’s!
Caramanda's Bake Shoppe was wonderful to work for ordering a wedding cake! Caramanda's confirmed the order two weeks before the wedding date and Jessie, who delivered the cake informed me when she was on her way to the venue with the cake. The cake was delivered on time and the bakers decorated the cake elegantly with our fresh flowers. Everyone was a joy to work with and communication was easy. They also brought a box to save the top tier and the wedding cake includes an anniversary cake for the bride and groom. The white chocolate raspberry wedding cake was beautiful and delicious!
Awesome cupcakes! Visited for the first time today and was really impressed with the variety of cupcakes they had in stock. Good price point and really good flavors. I had no idea they did custom cakes but the pricing also looks very reasonable on those as well and the display cakes are SO cute! It looks like they do mini-cakes as well (the new-ish trend of a mini cake decorated in the same way as a full-sized cake) which is really neat if you want a professional cake but don't need or want a gigantic one.

I called them on 12/14 to place an order a for a birthday party on 12/15. Whoever answered the phone, said I have to order online or order by text. I tried to order online and could not get their site because their web hosting is terrible and won’t load. I kept trying for an hour and could not get on so gave up on that. Now I’m 90 mins in and I’ve called and tried on line and still no cake order. So I tried the 3rd method, I sent them a text saying what I wanted to order a cake for tomorrow. I got a form text back that said click here to order, which took me to the same website that wouldn’t load. after crashing three or four times during the order, it seemed to be complete. I had selected 12/15 on the calendar, to be picked up at Richmond Road. So I paid for the cake and when the order was done, it says pick up at Southland. I think ok, maybe it is baked there, that’s fine. Then we go to pick up the cake and they tell us the cake was ordered for 1/4/2022. Nowhere on order receipt or on the email does it say the delivery date (seems that wouldn’t be too hard). I have a text from the original text saying that I wanted to order it for tomorrow which was 12/15. we get there and they have no cake, and they tell us they can’t refund our money for 72 hours because of some administrative reason. We decide just OK will get some red velvet cupcakes, but as you’ve seen in other reviews, the customer service was terrible, they were not accepting any responsibility and they were making a big deal about giving us back the $48 for a cake they never made. They did give us a refund, because we protested loudly, but because of their hostile attitude, we just left and didn’t buy anything. Definitely not interested in doing with them again. Fix you e-commerce and customer service!!
This place has fallen apart in aesthetics since their lead decorators left. I asked for a cake with rainbow colors and got pastels at best. The leaves around the roses looks more like a poorly mowed lawn. I left 2 stars because we haven’t tasted it yet and I can only assume the owner was competent enough to keep the recipe the same.

Okay. I always order or buy from Caramanda’s. I ordered a cake for my husband’s birthday and it was really not good. While a gross cake is frustrating (without exaggeration, no one liked the cake. It really lacked flavor and the icing was just super sweet and gross), it’s way more frustrating that they didn’t respond to me when I emailed them regarding the taste.
I’ve always ordered from caramandas. I ordered a cake recently, a standard cake off of their website and although it tasted delicious the decorations We’re not up to their normal standard, The fondant and the icing did not match per the website pictures. And more importantly the staff did not seem to care much that I was dissatisfied and what was one of the ugliest cakes I’ve ever received from them.
