Absolutely horrible and I will never give this place my money again, nor recommend them to anyone. I have ordered SEVERAL cakes here over the years and have been very satisfied. However, I just recently ordered a special made cake (gluten free as always) for my birthday bc of my 9 yo daughter who must be gluten free. They even called to specify and confirm the order. Well, turns out when we cut the cake it WAS NOT gluten free and my daughter could not have any of my birthday cake. I have called, texted, and emailed for the past week and a half WITH NO RESPONSE after being told the customer service manager would contact me. Nothing. Extremely disappointed and will never order here again. Such poor service.

I custom ordered a cake for my daughter and Caramanda's absolutely nailed it again, couldn't be happier with the outcome! It was beautiful and one of the best chocolate cakes we've ever had. I'm looking forward to eating the leftovers.We've been ordering the kid's birthday cakes from here for the last several years, and they've yet to let us down.

Our family has been using Caramanda’s for years for my wife’s birthday cake. This year, for the first time, the cake was incorrect. I called and spoke with Grace and explained what was wrong. She immediately started to figure out how to make it right for us. Amazing cakes and amazing customer service. I cannot praise them enough. Thank you Grace and thank you Caramanda’s!!!

Very hard to order a cake from them. It’s lime they don’t need the business. Customer service is non-existent.
