Had high expectations for the Burgerfi in Hamburg but when I first drove up I thought the place was abandoned because the shrubs were over grown, grass had not been cut in a long while, and trees were covering windows. After parking and going inside, the place looked great and the staff was decently nice. I had read on other reviews to try the conflicted burger which had a veggie patty and a regular patty so I did. The food came out and looked amazing but I think the veggie patty zapped the taste and texture of the burger. Fries were great and tea was good. I would try again because the ingredients looked so fresh but please manicure the outside of the place as it is off-putting.
Terrible experience. It takes them 100 years to make a burger, because all they do, is texting.
Food was good. Didn't blow my socks off by any means. Just a regular burger joint.
First time we tried this location everything was cold. I shook it off because everyone has off days. Today (try number 2) the burger was a lot fresher and the fries weren’t bad but I ordered drive thru and when I got home my urban fries weren’t in the bag they just gave me regular fries. Looking at the receipt they rang it up correct tho. Whoever took my order was nice tho
amazing food, absolutely terrible service. delicious burger and fries. but the workers are rude and awkward. out of eating here 5 times i had one good server.
This particular burgerFi is down bad. No beer no milkshakes. Fries were burnt but seasoned well burger seemed kinda small. ??♂️
This was our first and last visit. Food was lukewarm and nothing to get excited about. Water or something was standing in pools on the bathroom floor. Very disappointed! Won’t be back !
Went through drive thru on my 30 min lunch. Order a hot dog fry and drink. I was told to pull forward. I waited 20 mins waiting. And when I got my food it should have been hot hot but it was barley warm. Especially the hot dog.. .. A bit aggravated to say the least.
Ww had the green and regular versions of conficted burger - very good. And family size fries - they were good too and they come with cheese sauce
If I could give no stars I would. This was my first and last time ever coming to this establishment. First off I paid for my food and the other person I was with got their food about 10 minutes after paying so I waited and waited 20+ minutes go by and still no food. Other people who came in after me got their food and finally my husband went up front to find the employees on their phones looking around and realized that they had NEVER even made our food. Once they realized the mistake they did refund our order and offered to make the food and at that point we no longer wanted the food. What a horrible first experience. The other person who was with us enjoyed their food.
