More staff standing around like it was social hour rather than tending to customers. Our waitress was nice and helpful but we waited too long for refills and our food was like warm when we finally got it. I'm not one to complain about waiting but the place was empty. No excuse, plenty of staff in kitchen and seating areas
So, Sat night, 520. Not super busy. We were seated immediately.Great start. 10 minutes later I asked the bus boy if he could find someone to wait on us. Another 5 minutes the waitress appears. She apologized. Ok. I'm good. Place our order for the sampler appetizer. Five minutes waiter we're informed that because they have no onion rings, we cannot get that order. Ok, since they ran out of onion rings I thought they might sub Frye's. Nope. The mgr comes to tell us no subs for Any reason. Their fault they're out. We left. I won't be back.
Visitors from out of town on business. Due to a late arrival, Buffalo Wild Wings appeared as late night food service available. I called numerous times with no answer. I trusted the hours on the web-sight. 1:00 AM. Drove fifteen minutes over and was told that they were closing early. (Saturday night 11:30 PM. . Thank goodness, Shake and Steak was still open as they advertised. I will not recommend this establishment to anyone. My time is as valuable as theirs.
Best thing at the wing restaurant was the burger and the app which was tots. The wings tossed in Nashville hot were so poor I left 8 of 15 at the table. They weren’t even hot and considering we came at 12:30 on a Sunday in a basically empty restaurant you’d think they’d be hot. First and last time
Food was good, but took a while because they goofed our order. Pretty sure it still wasn’t 100% correct when it came out, but the staff was accommodating and took good care of us. Kind of sucks they no longer have Diet Mountain Dew, but oh well.
Best Bdubs I have been to. No wait on drinks, food was prompt and delicious and we left as happy customers. Maybe BWW could send some crews to other restaurants that can't seem to staff or give service. Really great job guys.
The service was good but the wings were awful. It looked like they had been sitting for a while. They were not freshly fried! And they refused to give me all flats. They have done this for years and now they’re not.
All the Buffalo Wild Wings chain in the US ?? had almost the same kind of internal infrastructure however I love the big ? screens for the sports matches. The variety of sauces for the chicken wings ? is incredible and delicious. It doesn't get super crowded and is always a good spot to go with friends to chill out ?????
This was absolutely the worst restaurant I have ever been to. I love Buffalo Wild Wings, but this was a pitiful excuse of a good place to eat. I understand there is covid to worry about, but that doesn’t mean you don’t have a job to do. Quit using it as an excuse to be lazy. There’s a reason the parking lot was empty.
I just ate here with my family. The food was okay, but the meat in the brisket tacos was cold and my son's burger was so burnt the bottom was hard and black. The worst part though, was our waitress. I don't know if she was tired or having a bad day or what, but she ignored us for most of our visit. I would see her go to the table across from us multiple times and then look our direction and walk away. We waited 30 minutes between ordering drinks and ordering food just because she wouldn't come back to our table. The restaurant was not that busy either. I can understand a long wait if she were running around trying to serve a full house, but that wasn't the case. I definitely won't go back to this particular BWW.
