Always great! We've been at least 10 times. Have had several different servers and it never disappoints! Food always comes out fairly quick and they have some tasty fun cocktails ?
We went there for dinner and we enthusiastically ordered many things. To start, our Miso soups were extremely salty, we had a stingy portion of fried rice that was nothing like like a Japanese fried rice...after waiting patiently more than one hour for the main order, we lost patience and left. No serious apologies and they even had the indecency of bringing the bill. Absolutely no consideration and no shame for wasting our time and spoiling our dinner. This place is a joke, specially designed for people who never went to a Japanese restaurant.

I introduced my significant other to sushi here. Bad mistake... We go here at least once a month now. High quality fish, with a wide array of selections and rolls. Excellent bar menu, including sake. They are also very accommodating to allergies/preferences, and can remove or substitute specific items from rolls.
Emily is the best go to server.I don’t even like brussel sprouts and those are the best ever. Godzilla bomb was the bomb. Shishito Peppers we’re also fantastic. They don’t have yum yum but their mango sauce and spicy mayo mixed made a good substitute.Definitely the go to place.
Yesterday was our first time at Blue Sushi Sake Grill and we loved it. So many amazing and delicious gluten free options.
The best sushi I’ve ever had. Period. And the service was so good! Got the coconut crab soup and the Tataki Maki and will definitely again. ?⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My partner and I have tried a lot of sushi places in Lexington and found that Blue Sushi is one of the best places to go. We’re always finding our way back here, even after trying other places in town. Usually the other places are such a letdown in comparison. Some of the best roll offerings I’ve found and offer a wide variety of vegan options as well.Always a friendly staff and the sushi comes out fast, even on a busy night.
