I really enjoy coming to this location. The staff is very friendly and patient. The restaurant it’s always clean and well stocked. They have vegan \\u0026 gluten free options which is a plus for me. Overall I definitely recommend this place.

There was an error with my order and the employees and manager did everything they could to correct it! By far the best fast pizza and honestly one of my favorite pizzas in the city.
I went to this location and the Hot Link on Cauliflower was delicious. However, the customer service was lacking. We were sitting near the oven so I saw them take my pizza out. They brought my fiancé’s pizza out but I could tell they were discussing mine. I sat there for about 10 minutes watching others get there food while mine still sat in the window. Something was obviously wrong. Finally, we asked the food runner and he was confused and said he would check on it. When he went up, the manager who was the one who had been checking the pizzas, pointed to the pizza on the top of the station. He brought me that pizza which had just been pulled out of the oven. We figured out that they had used regular crust instead of cauliflower so they had to remake the pizza. It was the first-time getting cauliflower so I couldn't tell when they were originally making it. I am glad that the manager caught the mistake and had it remade. However, it would have been nice for someone to acknowledge the extremely long wait. Especially given the cost of cauliflower is almost 4 dollars more. My fiancé was almost done eating his pizza by the time I got mine.
The pizza was undercooked. The thing that bothers me the most is how dirty and disgusting it was inside. I don’t mean normal kitchen messy, I mean the credit card machine had food crusted under the bottom and it was super dusty. It looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. Gross! The workers were on cell phones and not interested in customers. I’m surprised that they aren’t asked to clean and dust while slow enough to be on cell phones. I’m not going back and I gave it 2 stars because after putting it in our own oven to cook it was tasty.
AMAZING! Who knew that cauliflower crust was SO good! Recommended by my daughter.Service was great. Very clean, helpful and friendly.
Blaze Pizza is always our favorite family spot! Amazing management and we miss the Hamburg location very much.
