Bayou Bluegrass Catering catered a wedding I planned at Berry Hill Mansion this past summer. The owner, Shanna and her team were wonderful to work with on this wedding. I appreciated Bayou Bluegrass communicating with me before the wedding day to go over all the little details. Special thank you to the amazing team: Allison, Chef Ben, Allie, James, and Reena for providing excellent service to the wedding guests and the bride and groom. The team went above and beyond! One of the team members even ran out to get a special salad dressing to accommodate a guest with dietary needs. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. I look forward to working with Bayou Bluegrass Catering again for future events!
Honestly, if I could give Shana & Trevor, along with the rest of their team 10 Stars I would! They're that good, you cannot go wrong with this group and the service they provide. They have so many great options for food and bar service. We absolutely love when we find out that a couple has hired them for their event, it definitely makes our hearts happy. They are dependable, friendly and willing to go that extra mile. If you're planning an event, do yourself a favor and call them first, you won't be disappointed!

We reserved the Copper Roux for a wedding rehearsal dinner for around 80 guests and the catering for this venue is provided exclusively by Bayou Bluegrass. It turned out that booking this venue, was a very good decision. Shanna was so helpful and so flexible , even through a few menu changes. She had great suggestions for drink pairings and appetizers. The venue itself looked great when we all arrived, and the best part was I didn't have to do anything except write a check. They decorated, served us , provided all the necessities or a lovely dining experience, including a barman and fully stocked bar. We didn't have to set up a table or chair or clean up a single dish. The staff was very courteous and the food was delicious. We had many compliments throughout the night. Our guests had a wonderful time. I would not hesitate to use Bayou Bluegrass Catering again!
