Good selection, clean store. Poor lady working was by herself and slammed bu still got to everyone as quick as she could!
I had a bad experience here. I'm always a big fan of chocolate fudge ice cream. Today i saw they have the hidden treasure which sounds very interesting. When i was trying to place an order, i said " Can I try..." the staff cussed me out saying they no longer offer a sample. I didn't even ask for a sample. I would take a risk trying something new and i never expect to get a free sample. I have no doubt in her empty tip box no more!
My daughters have made me go to BR in Tates Creek multiple times in the last few weeks and the same 2-3 workers have been the best! 2 workers, Odalys (hopefully i spelled that right) and Lauren were super kind, helpful, and patient with me and my 2 little girls. Will always come to this location over any others, thanks ladies
My boyfriend and I went into baskin Robbins today and I noticed this girl working in there and last time I was there she was there working as well. Anytime we go in there she is always rude or disrespectful to someone. She’s about medium height has blonde and red in her hair . Last time she got an attitude with my friend over a flavor of ice cream . Then today I go in there and she is constantly rolling her eyes when I tell her what kind of ice cream I want , on top of that she was talking to an employee she was working with about another worker and was constantly bashing them, cussing, and being loud in front of me and my boyfriend . The ice cream is good and majority of the workers are good, but this one particular worker seems to give us a bad experience the past few times we have went in there. I believe her name is Lauren …
Walked in and was the only customer in the store. 2 people working. They were having a great time chatting. Never said hello or acknowledged me in any way. After 3 minutes I left.
Went in with my children, one of whom is very allergic to gluten and dairy. Normally ingredients are listed on the little flavor signs for each product; this is one reason we go to Baskin Robbins regularly. This time there were several flavors with hand-written signs. We asked the girl waiting on us if she knew the ingredients, especially if any of there were gluten or dairy free. She said, "I don't know." Then she looked at the other equally clueless girl and asked her if she knew. She responded in a suoer annoyed voice that she didn;t know either. So we stood there and pulled out our phones and looked up the website and went through all the searching until we found these specific flavors, then clicked on the ingredients and looked them up ourselves. All this time these two bozos behind the counter just stood there watching us impatiently. Thank goodness we are intelligent enough to do their customer service for them; there were no flavors safe for my daughter. Needless to say, we will not be returning!
We drove all the way from Taylorsville. The other location was closed so we found this one on maps. I don’t ever write reviews but felt the need. The workers were teenagers who seemed out out. They had no waffle cones. So gave us cake cones, okay no big deal. The chocolate ice cream was so melted they had to put it in a bowl too. Once we got out to the car the cones were so stale they were barely edible. And then in my husbands come he found two long black hairs embedded down into the ice cream cone. I’ve never been so disgusted by a restaurant in my life. They won’t be in business much longer with these things going on.

rude disrespectful staff, horrible experiences,I was going to tip since the large family in front of me did not and once I got up to order the young curly headed blonde girl was cold and unhelpful.. "is that all..is that all.." slinging our ice creams across the counter as if I was bothering her. so as I paid I was just trying to get out and away from her negative attitude, she say have a nice day with a eye roll I say "you too " she says it again loudly and even more rudely... I'm exiting and she yells "OR NOT"...never have I ever seen such a display of terrible customer service. Shame on whomever taught her that's how you treat people and shame on management for obviously letting it continue as I've read its common at the location.
Would not recommend this specific Baskin Robbins due to the rude comments given to customers and terrible customer service overall... yelling after a customer as they’re leaving because you thought they ignored your “have a nice night” but In fact you couldn’t hear them through the mask and noise... never have I seen such disrespect. Their management should be ashamed.
