The summer drinks are great. Jimmy was our server he is a nice guy. Fries were way too salty even after sending them back. It was a wait for seating even though there seemed to be no reason for it. They weren't that busy and there were open clean tables.
Had a pickup order. When I arrived the sign outside said to wait for a team member to come to your car. The order didn’t say it was ready on my phone so I didn’t think anything of it. 15 minutes later I went in and it was just sitting there. My salad had been bagged with my hot food making it hot. And who knows how long it was just sitting on the rack for. Unprofessional to go staff. When I brought this to their attention they basically said oh well.
I love some of the servers save bartenders. Most of them are so sweet. If you have someone giving you a hard time simply change servers. Applebee's has and Amazon happy hour including appetizers. 5 dollars for Bahama mama shark bowl tipsy sharks margaritas anything can be a frozen. 3dollar shots. We spent 30 dollars and got two tickets to watch top gun literally on our receipt because we ate there cheap af.
I needed food after 10pm and all the nearby fast food places had already closed. This Applebee's has a take-out entrance that allows you to walk-in, place an order and wait for your food. The food was great. I'll be doing that again.
10 times better than the Nicholasville location. Food was quick hot and full of flavor. The waitress was very tentative and seemed like she cared to make sure our meal was correct. That’s how a waiter earns a 30% tip.
Food was good. Our server Justin was fine. The Windows in this place look like they haven't been cleaned in a year. The utensils were stained ?...turned off by this
Walked in and waited 15 mins and didn't see the 1st staff member. Maybe 15 costumers in the building it wasn't busy.Finally a guy came up and said sorry we are short staffed it's a 20 min wait.When I said there are a ton of open booths and tables can I be seated or sit at the bar he just said no and walked off wipeing down empty tables.Waitresses would come out and drop off food and then go hide in the back.Just left and went some place elseI understand food service is lacking people and its a stressful job but this come down to beyond poor management
I really did enjoy myself there and even though I went in to the sounds of gunshots and went out to the sounds of the police. Now my life ain't been the same brother life as a thug if I had to paint a picture of my life I'd have to paint my picture in blood. I don't want to do the whole story but I've seen some harder times there going to be harder days penitentiary close but you know that cemeteries ain't that far away. You guys know how the rest of it goes
They really deserve 0 stars. Came in on a rainy afternoon, so not busy at all. Stood at the door for about 5 minutes while 3 different employees just looked at me and ignored me. So I’ll take my money elsewhere. Do not recommend
Me and a friend went around 6 and it was busy but manageable I think they only had one waitress and she was bartending too. I think she was overwhelmed but still did a good job the food was good!
