OK ALTOGETHER: Saturday, 7.2.2022I went for a casual lunch with my daughter. It was my first visit to Texas Roadhouse in several years. Observations:- We came just after 2 PM local before rush and had essentially no wait to be seated.- Seating service was below par. I asked for a seat in a corner, if one was available. We were not seated in one though there was an empty one next to us. However, folks who came in soon after us were seated there. ?♂️- Food was ok. Nothing to write home about, nothing that would prevent us from returning. We both got sirloins, her's a 6 oz., mine an 11 oz. My daughter's steak was well undercooked; mine was right on. My salad was good if a bit skimpy. My baked potato was above average, perfectly cooked. My daughter thought that her cheesecake was good.- Waiter (Tracy?) was awesome. Very personable, did not overwait the table nor unduly ignore it, and she was prompt with refills.- Cost for both of us was $54, including a 20% tip.
Great place fast to seat you great servers. Our steak was over done BUT they were very fast to correct it. Our server Jenni took really good care of us. They even brought us a free dessert for the mistake.
The food was absolutely delicious and the waitresses were very polite and helpful!!!!
Great experience, rolls were the best!! Customer service was above and beyond at this location. TR is my go to place to enjoy tasty food and a fun atmosphere. Thanks yall keep up the good work, God bless
We had a large group which the accommodated without hesitation. The gentleman who seated us was hospitable and fun. He even got the staff to dance for us. Can't say enough about our waitress she was very concerned for our comfort. All the food came out correctly. She was attentive and laughed along with us. She even tried to teach my father in law the dance. The food came out perfect. A great time.
Great food and service and atmosphere
I am so impressed with the restaurant! Wonderful service and staff. They are also very accommodating of my wheelchair. Food has been great every time we have gone. Last time we were there, I had a small accident in the bathroom, while transferring to my chair- my fault- and the staff and manager were beyond sweet and caring!! I highly recommend this restaurant!!
Second time eating here and I was very disappointed. I had to send my supposed to be medium well steak back which I’ve never had to do before anywhere. My boyfriends steak was also very undercooked and after I sent it back our server got very short with us.
Great Service, great food. Most of the time. When they are packed food is good not great. But not disappointed. Has become a regular restaurant for my Family.
