I am so sick of getting orders incomplete, the half the tortilla is empty on each side both times and what use to fill me with two now ends up being most sauced TORTILLA. I'm always trying to give the benefit to the doubt but YOU CLOSE AT 3 AM not 2 AM you literally refused to make any thing in grease at 2 an HOUR before close.This is MULTIPLE times THIS location has skipped on my food quantity and quality because the employees aren't wanting to do the job they are paid for like make the customers food. You don't drop a grease trap an hr before close ... and refuse to make anything but tacos smh
We stopped by here from out of town on our way home and I was so impressed I felt the need to leave a review. We ordered 35+ dollars of food and literally everything was perfect. My mom even asked for specifics like extra extra lettuce and extra beef and boy did she get what she asked for :) The food was fresh and made so we'll, I've never enjoyed taco bell this much. I have given this location chance after chance and they let me down every time. My order is always wrong and they have been out of meat and beans multiple times. But the last time that I was there, the employee at the drive thru was slurring his speech, kept forgetting to give me my debit card back and wouldn't stop commenting on my children in the back seat. It made us all very uncomfortable (including another employee) and we will not be returning.
This taco bell seems to be the best in town. There are 2 and the other one is slow,always getting things wrong or leaving things out. This one rarely gets things wrong.kind staff and for some reason the food tastes better at this one
Went through drive thru, got home and realized they gave me the wrong order. When I came back they gave me my order made fresh and still managed to mess it up. They guy at the window was very nice and professional but other than that whoever is making the food is sloppy and the food is not the greatest taste.
I got 3 items at the store at 1104 Lexington Road Georgetown Kentucky at 10:08 pm. I don't stop there very often but I did on 3/5/2022. The food was just thrown together and the appearance was not good. On one of my soft taco supremes (2) the sour cream was all over the outside of the taco and stuck to the wrapper. The Burrito Supreme was slapped together to the point of it not being wrapped right, was soggy and one end the tortilla shell had a big hole in it which made it fall apart all over me. Now I remember why I don't eat there very often. Poor food presentation and more. Now I feel sick from attempting to eat it.
This one is pretty consistent. When they got my order wrong at 2am, the late night manager was very apologetic and personable. He promptly fixed my order, and we had a mutual conversation.
No napkins or utensils (had to go in for them) and hasn’t changed out cherry slushy for strawberry
Delicious Mexican food... but unfortunately most of the really good menu items have been removed, such as the smothered burrito ? and much more, now, it's simply just not anywhere near as good as in the past when the really good menu items were available...
My order was correct and food hot when I got it. Friendly employee working the drive thru window and was in and out under 5 mins.
