everything is very rich. but ask for your drinks without ice or with very very little ice, since they fill the glass with more ice than your drink. that's the only bad thing about it.
I understand this location is busy, but a pour over half decaf is not rocket science. The first one was great, the refill not so much. The young man who took my order barely listened to me, I feel. I wish Starbucks could be consistent. The service has gone downhill over all the stores even when at full capacity of employees.
Very friendly staff with great service. The service was quick too Had espresso with a wrap. Gotta love a place like this. They make America great!

We stopped on our road trip at this location. They were BUSY. The drive-thru was wrapped all around the building so we tried going inside. The line was long, but we were waited on VERY quickly. All told we spent 15 minutes in the store. Pretty fast for how busy they were. We all enjoyed our drinks very much. If you like the Starbucks chain, you will not be disappointed by this location.
I usually go to the one in Kroger and dry ridge KY. I ordered a Carmel frap with espresso shot in the drive through. Received it and it was white, and tasted like frozen milk.. I went inside told them something wasn't right they remade it and it looked exactly the same and definitely didn't have the shot of espresso I asked for. I order the same thing every time I go so was just a little disappointing to spend 6 something on a cup of cold milk.

Only actually giving two stars because the women at the window was very nice. I ordered two drinks, one dirty chai iced and one sugar cookie almond latte. The sugar cookie was supposed to have no ice, add white mocha, and sugar cookie cold foam. The drink had ice, regular cold foam, and no flavor when I took a sip. It tasted like burnt coffee. Not what I want in the morning.

Great place. Fast service. I do not go that often however when I do, the service is great. Fast paced. The staff is as cordial as possible under the fast pace pressure, meaning the manager is obviously a stand up person and a great leader. Will continue to go there when possible.
