Literally won't take an order after 9 pm . Good luck getting anything but ice cream or a sluishie we obviously need to take this location off the 24 hrs list they close at 9pm.It's been YRS that I've tried to eat after work and 3rd shift has legitimately been paid to make ice cream . They have told multiple people that they don't know how to make the food. So why are you being paid? The store definitely cannot be making money ... we need a new 24 hr restaurant because this is not it . And is preventing us from having an actual restaurantThey are also rude when questioned on when we will be able to order. The excuses never stop
Slowest sonic I’ve ever been to. I can deal with slow but when you wait 25 minutes in line for your food and get to the window to find out they messed the order up and the only solution was to get back in the line and order it again. Not to mention the workers inside clearly maintaining an unprofessional environment yelling curse words around for everyone in the lobby to hear. Honestly, just don’t bother wasting your time here.
All I can say, service was terrible! We waited 45 minutes and they told us sorry we lost your order! Really? How do you lose an order? So they send out a mgr, he again has the same story, well it might cold, we can remake the order, we ask how long, 5minutes we said okay. Well, I requested no cheese and got cheese and requested regular coke and we got diet, and they still charged us… I wasn’t looking for a free meal, how about some courtesy ???
The only thing appealing about this place was the landscaping outside. They were rude dropped half of my money on the ground at drive thru window and she acted like it didnt happen. Had to repeat our order 7 times and it was still wrong. Zero napkins/zero ketsup/zero mustard but 30 packets of salt. Lazy... AND HER HAT SAID SHIFT MANAGER
Went here for the first time today. Staff was super nice. Use the coupon that came in the mail. Get these coupons all the time. Finally got the chance to go there. Great kids meals with several options. Enjoy the great burger onion rings and shake here
Stopped at this Sonic on our way through town with our 4 kiddos, they have always wanted to try Sonic bc there isn’t one close to where we live. The staff and Manager were extremely kind and welcoming as we ate and took a break from the road. One of the friendliest staff I have seen at a restaurant in a while! The food was also great and service was quick. Thanks so much for a great experience!
I give this place 1 star because they have poor customer service, they cannot comprehend simple orders without making a mistake, and they can not take split orders. Firstly I went through the drive-thru and asked for 2 separate orders, I was then told that this was not possible, so I said that this was fine and that I would come through a second time. Then, I came through the first time and I ordered 2 sonic cheeseburger meals, which came with 2 drinks. I received the two drinks, a bag of food and no receipt. I did not check my order in the drive-thru, I instead went around a second time to order my sonic blasts. When I did this I ordered 2 small sonic blasts, had my order repeated to me and pulled up to the window. I was handed 2 sonic blasts, one being small and the other being medium. I asked if I paid for this medium blast and I was told “it’s only like 12 cents extra anyway”. At this point I just brushed this slight inconvenience off my shoulder and left home. When I arrived home I was in for a surprise… who could have guessed my order was incorrect? Instead of my 2 cheeseburger meals, I received a cheeseburger meal and a burger with my two drinks. Lastly, I then decided enough was enough and called this sonic and told them I was missing a fry. When I did this I was insulted by being accused of being a “liar”. She said that I did not order 2 meals, that I only ordered one and an extra cheeseburger. By this I was dumbfounded, considering I did receive my 2 medium drinks from my meals. We exchanged many more words, which resulted in a a grown woman who works here threatening me. Specifically I was told “ well why don’t you come get it, I’m not the one to mess with”. I was in complete shock after being threatened by a grown woman (I’m 16 years old, keep in mind). In the end I decided that this was a place I would never recommend to anyone. I hope that this woman (I believe Shanon was her name) is no longer allowed to work here. My experience was the worst I have ever had, so I believe that 1 star is a stretch even, but I could not give 0. Sonic on Georgetown road near Taco Bell is the worst place to order fast food. I hope that they get what they deserve for treating me in this way.
We ordered a lot of food and they had it ready for us on a matter of minutes.fresh and hot.definitely love my Georgetown sonic
this is wanna of my favorite places to eat and also work at im now a sonic drive in worker and its my first job ever and i like it a lot and atleast im like five min away from my job so yeah and this was wanna of my childhood fast food drive in restraunt when i was a kid and i remember when this sonic drive in was a outdoor only you couldnt eat inside at the time this was when i was a kid and this was always wanna of my favorite places to eat and still to this day so yeah i really like working here and great workers thay work with and they are very helpful and and we sure do have good food and drinks and ice cream or any kind desert as well so yeah we sure do our best to make our costmers happy i defintly say this best fast food drive in in georgetown scott co ky in my hometown to my opion
Ordered a hamburger and I believe it’s missing the beef. My husbands order was messed up, and all this after a 10 minute wait after I was pulled forward.
