Not family friendly. First time here, and the food and the service were pretty good, but the bottom line is that this place fails at walking that fine line between family restaurant and sports bar. The hostess sat a table of rowdy middle-aged guys, who self-reported having been drinking already when they came in, right next to my family with small kids. They harassed the server (including one of them actually hugging her), yelled at one another even though it wasn't otherwise that loud in the place, stole two extra appetizers that were mistakenly brought to their table by an errant runner, and used the vilest profanity in the obvious presence of my kids and other nearby kids, and none of the staff seemed to mind other than the server who was obviously annoyed but I assume trying not to do anything to forfeit the tip. At best, the hostess should know how to manage seating better than that, but the guys at one point loudly mentioned being regulars, so maybe this is just the kind of behavior this place condones to make a buck. They can make it from those guys from now on.
Food was fairly good quality. Much better than I expected. And fairly priced as well.Our waitress, Peyton, was informative, friendly and tended to our dining needs. Other waitresses and the hostess that we encountered were not nearly as nice.Can sometimes be a bit noisy.Decor and wooden seating areas are a lovely touch.Anywhere on the wall that a flatscreen could fit, there was one. Which made it very distracting for little ones to eat.Glad we tried this place for a family restaurant but won’t be returning unless it’s adults only for business or pleasure.
First visit impressions: Roosters seems like a decent place to hang out but I can't remember ever having any worse chicken. The wings were tough and had a strange odor so we asked for to go boxes after trying just one and brought the rest home to feed our dogs (after removing the bones of course). Turns out, they were undercooked which im glad we didnt eat more than we did. The fries and mushrooms were middle of the road but nothing extra. If we ever go back, it won't be for the chicken.
Roosters is now our go to restaurant. Awesome tasting food and customer service is friendly. My mother and I been having issues with other restaurants that we felt had to boycott them. Roosters havent disappoint us yet. Georgetown is running out of good food.Roosters, Zaxbys, Orient Express, Mancinos is what we recommend. Good food for the value.
My Grandson had the mac and cheese bowl and he loved it. I tried the boneless wings with the spicy Asian sauce and their was very little sauce and not spicy what so ever. The service was excellent.
Good food and fun atmosphere, The staff members are great and part of the fun. Bonus points for the funny signs on the walls. I love the burgers and potato wedges best but everything I've had is good. I've heard the salads are generous and delicious so I'll try one soon. The piece de resistance and most important part of any review to me is the cleanliness which seems to be top notch.
Terrible. Ordered a bbq burger with bacon, pickles and lettuce.One piece of lettuce, raw - Yes Raw - Bacon and No pickles. And it was served to me by a manager, Brett. As if he couldn't see how bad this was.Ever since a new manager took over the kitchen, this place has gone downhill fast.And, they stopped carrying my favorite beer. Said it was a Covid issue. Yet another place two miles away has never had a problem getting it. And other customers ask for it too.I have a faithful customer of Rooster's for decades, but the Georgetown KY one is off my list of places to enjoy.
Good food, portion size is right where it should be, menu is priced well. Service was just lacking a little during this visit. But I do recommend this restaurant.
The food is amazing & the service is impeccable!!!! Our bartender was so great and let me tell you she knows how to mix a damn drink!!! ??
The wings at this location are always good. I got the Nashville Hot dry rub bone in. Service is fast and the food is always hot.The bartender and waitresses are very nice and professional. Great service.
