The employees weren't rude but weren't friendly either. They were out of toilet paper in the bathroom. The lights above the food were very dusty and had a lot of dust hanging from them. They were out of chicken. I ordered chips and a burrito she put the chips in the bag and threw the burrito on top of the chips with the sauce. Crunching the chips.
Came in at 11:20 and the restaurant was nearly empty. Many of the ingredients were nearly out. The server was nice but she very sloppily threw our nachos together and gave us so few chips I had to order an extra side of chips. The food prep area was VERY messy. The floors need swept and the doors need wiped clean. One booth was filled with boxes and supplies sloppily thrown in a pile. That stuff shouldn't be in the dining area and it shows me how little they care about keeping things clean.I love Qdoba and usually come here several times during the week I'm in town. But I won't be back. Too many other good choices.
Ordered on app I showed up and they only had 3 workers lines are everywhere. I waited and they didn't have lids for cups stuff all over floors from stock. I realized after everyone got their orders they didn't have mine in system! Basically I was there for no reason my order was set for pick up at 4:15 and found out that app kicked my order out at 4:40 I had to be a work at 5 so no I'm not happy at all
Wish i can give no stars. No professionalism and no customer service/courtesy. They never have food. The staff is absolutely rude. The place is filthy. The kitchen and the buffet area was nasty. Looked like little kids came through and slopped food everywhere. Never again will my mom and i go there. I highly suggest you dont go there too.
I made a online order at 6:41, I paid for my food and had a pickup time of 6:54. I drive 25 minutes each way and arrive at 7:05. As I walk to the door I see a hand written sign that says out of cilantro and the building appears to be dark. The app says they are open till 8:30. the door is locked. I call twice with no answer. I check my bank account on Wednesday and they withdrew the 42 dollars for my food. I'm not happy and can't seem to get in touch with anyone.
2/5/22 just stopped thru for a burrito bowl and was warmly greeted before ordering, the staff was very courteous and professional. I was highly impressed. Will be back and definitely recommend. One of the best places in Georgetown, great food AND service
Great food an service that's if there open I've drove there over 7 times just for them not to be opened on normal working hours
This place is still take out only. We just went across the street for real mexican. No more wasted trips to this place.
Grilled steak quesadilla was not grilled and maybe had 6 pieces of steak in the whole thing. Very disappointed. Don't waste your money here.
This place used to be the best when they had the original crew. The tattooed cook was the best… and now you don’t even get half the food you pay for. This place is a joke
